Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
- Your Hacienda Suite booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your suite in full.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
- It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
- You must book within this room block to secure a suite at Riviera Maya Haciendas for Laura and Anthony's wedding weekend.

Reminders:
- This booking website is the exclusive method for securing your room for Laura and Anthony’s wedding weekend at Riviera Maya Haciendas.
- Wedding weekend festivities will begin on Thursday Nov 13th. Laura and Anthony recommend that you book 3 nights November 13th - 16th so you can attend all events.
- Most suites occupy up to two guests. Some have of these have the ability to include a 3rd small bed for an additional charge.

Two Twin beds can be combined to create One King Bed by request up to 30 days before arrival.
- September 13th, 2025 is the final date to officially reassign names to rooms.
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Please see travel insurance section below.
- We love your little ones, but we kindly request that the Hacienda suites are reserved for ages 16+ only. All wedding events will be 16+ as well; if you'd like to travel with your family, there are many fabulous family-friendly resorts in / around Puerto Aventuras; we recommend the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club Hotel, located walking distance to the Haciendas and marina. You can find more information about this hotel on our main wedding website.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before August 26th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. .
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 26th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Riviera Maya Haciendas will not provide a credit or refund if you arrive before your scheduled arrival date, after your scheduled arrival date or if you check out early.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Riviera Maya Haciendas and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
