Pricing
All prices are per person and include accommodations, airport transfers, curated experiences, and inclusions outlined in the itinerary.
Prices do not include airfare (unless otherwise stated), travel insurance, personal expenses, meals not listed, beverages, souvenirs, or optional activities.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
If a payment plan is offered, details will be provided at booking.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date will incur a $45 late fee.
Failure to stay current on payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of all payments made.
Declined or Returned Payments
Returned or declined payments will incur a $45 fee.
Your reservation may be placed on hold until payment and fees are resolved.
Final Payment Policy
Final payment is due by the date provided at booking.
All balances must be paid in full by this date.
Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of payments.
Once final payment is made, any changes are subject to supplier approval and may include additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made to GEM Travel, LLC are non-refundable.
Once your reservation is confirmed, space is secured with our travel partners. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of the trip.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please call 443-914-3434.
Travel Policies
Travelers are responsible for arriving on time for all flights, transfers, and scheduled activities.
GEM Travel, LLC is not responsible for delays, weather disruptions, airline changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
All travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from group activities without refund.
GEM Travel, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
