YOUR ADVENTURE, DAY BY DAY     

Day 1 – Cairo (Arrival): Arrive at Cairo (CAI). Airport transfer, hotel check-in, relaxed evening.
Day 2 – Cairo: Egyptian Museum, Pyramids of Giza, and Sphinx. Moderate pace, transfers included.
Day 3 – Cairo → Aswan (Flight Included): Fly to Aswan, board Radamis II Nile Cruise. Visit Aswan Dam, Philae Temple, and enjoy a felucca ride. Active pace.

Day 4 – Nile Cruise: Visit Kom Ombo Temple. Relaxed pace, overnight onboard.
Day 5 – Nile Cruise: Visit Edfu Temple. Relaxed pace, overnight onboard.
Day 6 – Luxor → Cairo (Flight Included): Tour Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple. Active pace, then evening flight back to Cairo.

Reservation & Payment Policies

• Reserving a trip confirms your agreement to these terms.
• Credit card authorization serves as proof of consent.
• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable due to vendor agreements.
• Autopay is required. If you do not activate and keep autopay active, a $10 monthly service fee will be added.
• Late Payment Fees: A $200 per person late fee applies after the final due date.
• Payment adjustments must be requested at least 5 days before due dates.

Travel Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months after travel) and any required visas.
• Reservations must match the traveler’s full name as shown on their passport.

Cancellation Policy

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended but does not make deposits refundable.
• If one roommate cancels, the remaining traveler(s) are responsible for the full balance.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
• “No-shows,” incorrect travel documents, and nonrefundable hotel rates are not eligible for refunds.

Additional Fees

Roommate Matching
Roommate matching is offered as a courtesy service and is not guaranteed. It may not be available on all trips. Travelers interested in this option must email Treat Yourself Travel before booking to confirm if it is offered for their trip.

• When It Begins: Roommate matching will not begin until the traveler has paid at least 75% of the package cost.
• If Not Offered: If roommate matching is not available, the traveler may either (a) accept the single occupancy rate, or (b) secure their own roommate. Travelers will have 3 business days from notification to provide their own roommate; otherwise, they will automatically be confirmed in a single room at the single occupancy rate.
• If Offered but No Match Found: If a suitable match has not been found once the traveler has paid 75% of the package cost, the traveler will automatically be confirmed in a single room and will be responsible for the full single occupancy rate, less any payments already made.

Roommate Changes: Any changes to a confirmed roommate assignment whether from traveler cancellation, replacement, or a request to switch roommates may result in a $25–$50 administrative fee. This applies to all travelers, whether self-arranged roommates or those placed through roommate matching.

Currency Fluctuations: Currency fluctuations may affect pricing; invoices will reflect final amounts.

Travel Protection

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for cancellations, delays, or interruptions.

 Communication & Updates

• Provide accurate contact info for updates and coordination.
• Submit flight details at least 30 days before travel for airport transfers.

Airport Transportation

Treat Yourself Travel will provide information on flight arrival and departure times 60 days before trip. Travelers with alternate schedules must arrange their own transportation.

Airfare Policy
International or domestic airfare is not included in this package unless specifically stated otherwise. If internal flights are included, they are based on current airline fares and are not guaranteed until ticketed. The only way to guarantee a flight fare is to pay for it in full at the time of booking. Otherwise, fares are subject to change until ticketed, and any increase will be added to the traveler’s invoice. Approximately 90–120 days prior to departure, traveler passport details will be collected to finalize any internal flights. All travelers must use the group-arranged flights; individual booking is not permitted.

Legal Considerations

• Payments, credit card authorizations, and written cancellations serve as legal proof of agreement.
• Compliance with these terms ensures enforceability in disputes.
