ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • Gratuity: $14.50 per person / per day is paid onboard the ship – you have an option to pay pre-cruise but it is not part of the cabin fare. Gratuity (TIP) is personal and based on the service you receive from your stateroom attendant and servers while on the ship.
  • Credit Card Fees are 4% processing fee applied at check out.
  • Booking Fee: $25 per person applied at check out and included in your deposit.
  • If selecting the payment plan, you MUST accept the auto-payment option when reserving your spot.
  •  Cabins are available and subject to availability until January 1, 2022. After that date prices continue to be subject to rate changes and availability.
  • Final payment is due March 1, 2022. $50 late fee applies for late payments. 
  • WIFI: Packages range from $14.99-$19.99 per person / per day to $19.99  based on 1 or 2 devices.
    • Royal Caribbean offers discounts several times per year up to 25% off.  SALE / Offers usually on major holidays like July 4th, Labor Day, Black Friday, President’s Day etc.
  • HOTEL: Pre-Cruise hotel accommodation in Barbados is available through LUXE Worldwide Travel. Add your hotel reservation at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
  • Royal Caribbean (RCCL) Cancellation Policy: Should the cruise line cancel the sailing due to a global pandemic, RCCL will refund your cruise fare to your credit card or offer a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) certificate at 125%.
  • The Entertainment portion will be credited to your account and applied to the rescheduled sailing should CDC/RCCL cancel this sailing.
  • Travel Insurance is available in case you decide to cancel for any reason.
  • All sales are final & all payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Should you decide to cancel your reservation without travel protection you will be subject to cancellation fees. Kindly email your cancellation request to bookings@LUXE-worldwide.com.
    LUXE Worldwide Travel can assist you in finding a replacement cruise prior to the final payment deadline of December 1, 2021. However, you will be subject to cancellation fees up to $400.00 per person. Should you cancel post-final payment, in addition to Soca On The Seas cancellation fees, the cruise line will impose the following cancellation fees.
