Included in the price is the cost of the Rod Tuffcurls shows for the weekend, this event takes a small army of people to pull off so we need to include this cost into the package price, so if you are price shopping vs. other sites or even the hotel directly, know that we have gotten a great rate and passed that along to you. But it might be different because we have the shows costs built into the package.
 
Things to note about the accomondations:
  • Bedding types are on request (ie 2 Double Beds vs 1 King), the hotel will assign your bedding type on arrival. We will do our best to ensure you get your preference but there is no guarantee.
  •  This resort is connected to Secrets Riviera Cancun, guests from Secrets can freely visit Breathless but Breathless guest cannot go over to the Secrets side. If you would like to upgrade your stay at the Secrets property the rates are provided on the booking page. 

What's not included:

  1. Trip Insurance-All deposits and payments are non-refundable it's highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. Your travel advisor Brian will share details about this and you can add it in your booking below. 
  2. Flights; you are free to book your flights but you must provide the details to your travel advisor by January 2, 2025, a form will be sent out requesting this information.  You need to fly into Cancun Airport (CUN).

Itinerary, Dates, and Location:

There is a room block at Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa  from February 26-March 3, 2025. If you wish to book a longer or shorter stay you can! You can book between 3-5 days below. If you need additional dates please reach out to brian@letstravel.expert. We also have a few rooms reserved at the connecting resort Secrets Riviera Cancun for those seeking a more tranquil vacation experience. 
 
Please note that most flights to Mexico leave in the morning and arrive in the afternoon to Cancun Airport (CUN).
 
Here is a list of scheduled events for the weekend; we are going to be packing in more experiences through out the weekend. 
 
Wednesday, February 26, 2024, Arrivals in Cancun:
For those that want to get the party started early, come in get settled into the resort, find your favorite bartender and have a full day of rest before the formal events start.
 
Thursday, February 27, 2024
We will have a welcome event in the mid-afternoon, with Rod Tuffcurls and the Bench Press 
After dinner around 8:00pm we will have a Karaoke party!
 
Friday, February 28, 2024
Rod Tuffcurls and the Benchpress Concert in the evening. Note the concert is on FRIDAY this year!
 
Saturday, March 1, 2024
Indulge in the activities at the resort. Once we have a published event scheudle from the hotel, we will let you know what events the guys will be attending.
 
We are setting up some excursions for the group that are an additional cost. Some of the band members may or may not attend.
 
Sunday, March 2, 2024 
Sunday Funday for those who want one last day to relax before leaving.
Nothing formal planned but hang out with the friends you have brought with you or the new friends you have made on the trip!
 
Monday, March 3, 2024
Departure Day :(
Transfer companies will schedule so you are AT the airport 3 hours prior to departure to ensure you have enough time to check in and make your way through security.  It is recommended that you take a flight in the afternoon otherwise you will be getting up very early on your last day of vacation to catch you flight. 
 
You are welcome to extend your stay before or after the room block dates but availability is on a first come first serve basis so it's best to book early.
*events and experiences will be limited and you will be able to book at a later date, there maybe an additional cost for these events, but don't worry we will give you plenty of notice so you can plan to sign up when we release them.
 
 Trip Insurance
You have been offered trip insurance, if you choose to decline it you must fill out this WAIVER  on our website.
 
Payments and Due Dates
 
Final Payment: Due at time of booking
 
After your submit your payment you will receive an invoice with your balance due and due date. LetsTravel.Expert will send you a reminder e-mail around your payment due date.

Cancellation policy:

  • The minimum age to book at this property is 18 years old.
  • Deposits and payments made on this trip are non-refundable.
  • Rooms can accommodate between 1-3 adults depending on the room type. Per the resort policy, 4 Adults are not allowed to share a room.
  • Cancelations must go through the insurance provider and are subject to their policies as outlined in the insurance if purchased 
  • You agree to the terms and conditions detailed in the credit card authorization page.
 
 Trip Documents and Additional Details
Your travel agent Brian will send you all of your travel documents 30 days prior to departure via e-mail. This will have all of your trip information including confirmation numbers and how to meet your transfer driver on arrival. 
 
NOTE Your trip is not confirmed until your credit card is process and approved. You are only authorizing your credit card during the booking part. Let's Travel .Expert will process your credit card with in 24 business hours of receiving the booking information from you.
