I have reviewed the terms & conditions and understand the cancelation policy of my package. I understand that in some circumstances, such as the COVID-19 Pandemic, government-mandated shutdown, or other unforeseen events, I may not be eligible for a full refund regardless of whether or not I have travel insurance. I agree to hold Let's Travel .Expert harmless from any uncovered losses, expenses due to quarantine, or any other unforeseen events.
By submitting this deposit I agree that the dates of travel and hotel are correct and that our names are listed as they are on our passports. If flights are included in my reservation I agree that the departure airport is correct. I understand that baggage fees are not included and that any changes to this reservation, including name corrections, may incur a change fee.
In the event that the band is unable to preform for the weekend you will be compensated $100 per person.
While we do accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, customers must provide us a signed charge authorization agreement for every transaction for your trip. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card, and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause, including a force majeure event, as defined herein, and agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in these terms and conditions. In the event a client attempts to chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without our authorization, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection, including, without limitation, attorney fees.
