Resort Fee:
A mandatory daily Resort Fee, currently $34 per room, per night plus tax, is additional and payable by the guest directly to the hotel upon check-out. The Resort Fee and its inclusions are administered by the hotel and are subject to change without notice.
 
Note: All booking need to be made via this booking site or through our travel agent, ABrown Planning Travel Services LLC. Any bookings or accomodations made outside of this group will not be honored or be able to attend any of the private events. 
 
Security Hold:
A security hold amount of $150 per day of reservation will be held for anticipated incidentals. This amount may be changed at any time at the discretion of the hotel without notice. Any unused portion of this amount be released back to the card after check-out. If a guest chooses to provide the hotel with a debit card instead, that card must have enough funds in the account to cover their incidentals.

ROOMMATES: ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC is not and will not be assigning roommates for this trip.
 
  • If you select a double occupancy room you are responsible for securing your own roommate.
  • In the event you have selected a double occupancy and don't have a roommate you are subject to any additional fees for that room category.
  • Also, if your roommate cancels, you are responsible for the price difference from double to single occupancy or finding a new roommate. 
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: There will be private events for this group. Any bookings or reservations made outside of this group will not be able to attend those events. 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:  There is  a convenience fee  charged to cover processing fees. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: There is a monthly payment schedule until final payment. 
 

DEPOSIT: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.

 
CANCELLATION: Email your cancellation request to contactus@abrownplanning.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-855-0958 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available, travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.
 
FEES: Any room or occupancy changes like double to single should be communicated to ABrown Planning Travel Services prior to May 1, 2022 anytime after a fee will be assessed.
 
In addition, any request for an extension after final payment, if granted, will incur a $50 late fee.
