  • Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • Wedding Day - Monday April 20th, 2026
 

Due Dates:

  • September 20th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • September 25th, 2025 Payment of 2 nights must be made. 

  • December 1st, 2025 Remaining balance due before this date.

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Jessha and Chadwick’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalties fees for those that book outside the room block.

 

  1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun as part of the wedding group.
  2. All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resort.
  3. Garza Blanca does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort.
  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
  5. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  6. Please note that Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a partial ocean view from your patio/terrace.
  7. February 17th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
  8. Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 -1 is permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.
  9. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
  10. Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
  11. When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before September 25th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
  • Between September 25th, 2025 and December 25th, 2025 any reduction in room nights will result in a one room night per person penalty based on the category cancelled.
  • Between December 25th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after January 20th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total. 

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms. 

Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
