YOUR AGREEMENT WITH TRAVEL WITH TANE' TRAVEL AGENCY

By using our services, you are signifying your agreement with the following terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party. 

The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describes what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refers to Travel with Tane'. The term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. 

Travel with Tane' Travel Agency acts as a travel agency only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers, including, but not limited to airlines, hotels, car-rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, or other service providers named.  Travel with Tane' does not own, operate, manage or control these independent travel suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts of omissions. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All booking are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. 

You will be required to pay a minimum deposit per person when booking based on the accommodations, which becomes non-refundable.  Further payments may be required by the service provider. The final payment is required by the given date in the itinerary, unless stated otherwise. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Travel with Tane' accepts debit or credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Travel Credits, and other major cardholders. 

Travel with Tane', LLC charges a non-refundable research fee  of $25.00 for solo, couple, and group trips of 6 or fewer travelers. A non-refundable $30.00 research fee will be applied to groups with 6-10 travelers. Groups larger than 10 will receive a custom research fee determined by the wants and needs of the group. The research fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. An additional $25.00 fee will be applied for any and all changes needed after the initial booking. 

CANCELLATION FEE: Plans may have changed but never the goal. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee that must be paid in order to cancel your vacation. We will be happy to assist with rebooking your vacation when you are ready. 

Travel with Tane', LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Changes due to weather that hinder flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors may leave you responsible for additional costs for airfare, transportation, hotel accommodations and meals if the service provider doesn't cover it. Claims can be filed with the service provider directly.

Travel with Tane' will accept any errors made on our part and will take necessary precautions to make sure all customers are satisfied. In the case a client or their traveling party is not satisfied with our service(s), a Discontinue of Service will be sent. All travelers using Travel with Tane' travel services must agree that no statements or comments, whether written, posted, or verbal will be made to bring any type of defamation (including but not limited to slander) against the business, agency, service, or agent, professionally or personally. If such thing occurs or goes against this agreement, legal action will be taken.

CLIENT SUPPORT: Travel with Tane' provides client-only support with extended hours. For emergencies within 24 hours of departure or while you are traveling, please call or text the number that will be given after your vacation is paid in full. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 4:00PM-9:00PM EST, Saturday 1:00PM-7:00PM.

By signing below, I authorize Travel with Tane' to charge the credit card provided herein.
