MOTOR COACH TOUR LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT


This Liability Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into between Robert Thomas Brecker III dba So Much to Sea Travel Co. ('Company') and the undersigned participant ('Participant').


1. Acknowledgment of Risk. Participant understands that participation in a motor coach tour and associated activities (collectively, 'Activities') involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: vehicle accidents, slips and falls, injuries during boarding or disembarking, injuries during activities at destinations, weather-related risks, and risks associated with interaction with other participants, staff, and third parties. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.


2. Release and Waiver. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by Participant while participating in the Activities.


3. Medical Treatment. Participant authorizes Company to provide or secure emergency medical treatment as Company deems reasonably necessary. Participant is responsible for all costs of medical treatment.


4. Personal Property. Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the Activities. Participant is solely responsible for their belongings.


5. Conduct. Participant agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger or disrupt other participants or staff. Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund.


6. Indemnification. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for any loss, damage, or liability arising from Participant's actions during the Activities.


7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.


8. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.


I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS VOLUNTARILY.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT


To keep every trip safe, fun, and welcoming for all guests, we ask every participant to agree to the following standards of conduct.

I agree to:

1. Treat every guest, staff member, driver, and vendor with respect.

2. Arrive at the pickup location on time. If I am late, I understand the bus will depart without me.

3. Comply with all instructions from the trip coordinator and motor coach driver.

4. Keep the motor coach clean and report any damage immediately.

5. Refrain from bringing illegal substances on board.

6. Consume alcohol only in designated areas and in moderation, where permitted.

7. Wear seatbelts while the motor coach is in motion (where equipped).

8. Respect quiet hours during overnight travel.

9. Not engage in any behavior that is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive to other guests.

10. Accept that Robert Thomas Brecker III dba So Much to Sea Travel Co. reserves the right to remove me from the trip without refund if my conduct violates this agreement.


I have read and agree to this Code of Conduct.


PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RELEASE


I, the undersigned, grant permission to Robert Thomas Brecker III dba So Much to Sea Travel Co. and its designees to photograph, videotape, and record my image and voice during the trip.  I understand and agree that these photographs, videos, and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, social media, and editorial purposes, including but not limited to websites, email campaigns, printed materials, advertising, and social media platforms. I release Robert Thomas Brecker III dba So Much to Sea Travel Co. from any claims relating to the use of these images and recordings, including any compensation.If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the on-site coordinator upon arrival and may be excluded from group photos and recordings.
