Sail from effervescent Miami to the unexplored shores of the Yucatán Peninsula, by way of day and night (9 am to 10 pm) spent at VV very own private club (The Beach Club) in Bimini, Bahamas — complete with a bonfire party under the stars. Arriving at 9 am in Costa Maya and leaving at 7 pm, you'll have plenty of time to relax by the beach and explore the ancient ruins.
Costa Maya is a solid start. Both Mahahual, a gorgeous beach with see-to-the-bottom turquoise water, and Xcalak, a sleepy fishing village lined with wooden houses, make for beach experiences that feel, true or not, as if you're the first to have found them. Lesser-known Mayan ruins like Dzibanche and Kinichna offer a glimpse into the deeply complicated and rich history that the Yucatán Peninsula has to share.

Cancellation policy:
All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable after 24hrs if you decide to cancel. Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing (see cancellation request) and cannot be made verbally. If a cancellation is received in writing by Clutch'd before the final payment due date of your trip, the non-refundable deposit will be retained in addition to any airline, hotel or excursion imposed fees or cancellation charges. The remaining balance maybe put towards a future Clutch'd hosted event taking place within 365 days of the cancellation approval.
After final payment has been made and you request to cancel your trip a cancellation fee will be applied by supplier because your airline and hotel accommodation have been confirmed. You must submit a claim through the travel insurance company if you purchase a plan. Your refund will be issued based on the package purchased minus travel protection cost, Clutch'd cancellation fees and any other supplier imposed fees.
Travelers should seriously consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect their investment.
Disputes: If we receive any dispute related to your trip, we will automatically cancel it and provide your agreement to the bank with our cancellation policy and all the information they might need to see that this trip was booked by "You" the cardholder.

All your payments to Clutch'd Passport are non-refundable and non-transferable after 24hrs.

Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government issued ID.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked.

Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety of harmony of travelers. Clutch'd Passports assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancel and is not replaced with a new roommate.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until final payment with management approval.

Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date with management approval.
-
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

Roommate Payments -roommates must complete separate registration from and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation if they intend on paying separate deposits.

Hotels/Cruise lines have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
