Day 1: Arrival in Accra – Welcome & Relaxation
Arrive in Accra, Ghana’s vibrant capital. After checking into your hotel, take a leisurely walk around the local area to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. Rest, relax, and get ready for an exciting week ahead.
Day 2: Discover Accra
Explore the heart of Accra on a guided city tour. Visit key landmarks such as Independence Square, the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, and the vibrant arts and crafts markets. Experience the city’s lively energy and deep-rooted culture.
Day 3: Cape Coast – History & Nature
Travel to Cape Coast and tour the historic Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, visit Kakum National Park and walk the iconic canopy walkway through lush rainforest.
Day 4: Accra – Market Day
Return to Accra and dive into the sights, sounds, and colors of a traditional Ghanaian market. Shop for local crafts, textiles, and souvenirs while engaging with the friendly locals.
Days 6–7: Kumasi – Culture & Ceremony
Head to Kumasi, the cultural capital of the Ashanti Kingdom. Take part in a special traditional naming ceremony, a memorable and spiritual experience. Enjoy a guided city tour, including the Manhyia Palace Museum and bustling Kejetia Market. Overnight in Kumasi.
Day 7: Accra – Final City Tour
Return to Accra for a final guided tour, visiting any highlights you may have missed and enjoying a farewell dinner with your group.
Day 8: Day at Leisure & Departure
Spend your last day at your own pace—relax at the beach, explore more of the city, or shop for final souvenirs before heading to the airport.
