My office hours are Monday-Friday from 5:00pm-9:00pm CST and Saturday from 1:00pm-5:00pm CST. I am closed on Sundays and all holidays. Please fill out the travel inquiry form in its entirely. A non-refundable planning fee MUST be paid before any research is started. Each form is for one destination, up to three proposals. If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each one. The research and planning fee will be a one-time fee of $25.00 unless the proposal is a cruise and the party size is more than two, then the research/planning fee of $30.00 will be per person based.

Once your form and planning fee is received, please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive your quote. It may take longer depending on the quotes received. You will be contacted within 2-5 business days to discuss your itinerary in detail if you need more information to get started. Please keep in mind that providing a budget can make sure the start of your research is completed on time. Quotes will be sent via email within 2-3 business days. Once your form is received, you will receive three proposals based on your travel inquiry form. Clients must respond within five days of the initial quote or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please be deposit ready when you receive your proposal, prices aren’t guaranteed and subject to change at anytime.
