The following terms and conditions apply to any trip booked with Travel by Chasity, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “TBC” “our” “us”). By booking a trip with TBC you (hereinafter referred to as, “you” “your” or “traveler”) acknowledge that you (i) are 21 years of age or older, (ii) understand and accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and (iii) are entering into a contractual relationship with TBC.
All trip prices are as posted on the TBC website at the time of booking and may not include airfare. Trips are priced per person, based on shared occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit (equivalent to the first month’s installment payment or other amount determined by TBC in its sole discretion) at the time of booking to reserve your space.

TBC Travel Agency ("the Agency") acts solely as a booking intermediary between the traveler ("the Client") and various suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers ("the Suppliers"). By booking with the Agency, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by both the Agency and the Suppliers.
The Agency is not responsible for errors, omissions, or breaches by Suppliers, nor for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen disruptions to travel plans. The Agency will make every reasonable effort to assist Clients in resolving issues but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Vacation Protection Plan [VPP] with Pre-Departure Waiver
Pre-Departure Waiver and the following non-insurance services are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment due date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
Vacation Express exclusive non-stop flight packages and hotel only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled-air packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the hotel portion less the VPP plan cost along with the airline ticket numbers and be advised of the ticket cost. If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use. Travelers can use the cost of the airline ticket, less the airline change fee [up to $250 per ticket] to purchase a new ticket to:
Each airline carrier has different rules on rebooking travel, we recommend contacting the airline immediately to ensure you have the most updated information.
