If you are selecting LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your flight arrangements.  Please pay close attention to dates when booking flights. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on September 21, 2026. This means you must fly out of the United States on September 20, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight for September 27, 2026.

At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover anticipation room incidentals.

Passports & Visas

Passports & Visas All individuals departing from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Please check that passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond intended travel time. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.

The traveler is responsible for confirming with the United States Department of State or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to destination. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the clients’ sole responsibility.

• All deposits to RJW Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.  
• If you select the auto bill plan and later cancel this plan you are responsible for making timely payments on your reservation according to the billing plan on your account.  A monthly payment must be made on your reservation each month. Your reservation can be automatically canceled without notice if you should go more than 60 days without any payment on your reservation. 
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.  Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your calendar.
• Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after the final payment date plus any vendor fees.
