Terms & Conditions

I authorize Tricky Entertainment to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Tricky Entertainment are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing any package, ticket, or service associated with Bahama Breeze Music Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. EVENT DETAILS & CHANGES
Schedule, venues, artist appearances, experience timing, and event details are subject to change without notice. Bahama Breeze Music Festival and Tricky Entertainment reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event, performance, or experience at their discretion.

3. PACKAGE PURCHASES & PRICING
Package inclusions vary by room category and selection. All pricing is per person unless otherwise stated. Flights are not included unless specifically stated. Atlantis Paradise Island is not an all-inclusive resort. Taxes, resort fees, gratuities, dining credits, transfers, and incidental holds may apply depending on the final package structure. Inventory is limited and all packages are subject to availability. All package pricing is subject to change based on availability without notice until booked and confirmed.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No credits, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for any reason. All balances must be paid in full by July 16, 2026 unless otherwise stated. Bahama Breeze Music Festival strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travelers are responsible for confirming current passport validity, entry requirements, and any travel documentation needed for The Bahamas based on citizenship and point of origin. Passports must have at least one blank page and an expiration date no earlier than March 2027. The Bahamas is a sovereign nation, not a US territory. Non-US passport holders should consult the Bahamas Immigration Department or their local travel agent for entry requirements. Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and partners are not responsible for denied entry due to insufficient documentation.

6. AGE REQUIREMENT
Bahama Breeze Music Festival is an adult-only event (21+). All attendees must be of qualifying age at the time of the event. Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry.

7. PROMOTIONAL CODE AND COUPON POLICY
All promotional codes, coupon codes, and discount offers are limited to single use only and a maximum of one (1) code per booking. Promotional codes must be entered and successfully applied at the time of checkout during the registration process.  Codes not entered or not successfully applied during registration will NOT be honored, credited, or applied retroactively under any circumstances.

Promotional codes may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated. Bahama Breeze Music Festival and Tricky Entertainment reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer or code at any time without prior notice.

Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, or auctioned. Any attempt to use a promotional code in a manner inconsistent with these terms may result in the code being voided.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY
Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and their affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims arising from event participation.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, imagery, and materials are the property of Bahama Breeze Music Festival and Tricky Entertainment. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Financing, travel insurance, and other third-party services are provided by independent providers. Bahama Breeze Music Festival is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or performance of third-party services.
