Bahama Breeze Music Festival is designed to be a premium, adult-only cultural, music, travel, and entertainment experience celebrating connection, Caribbean hospitality, live music, and elevated group travel.

By purchasing, registering for, paying toward, attending, or participating in any Bahama Breeze Music Festival package, ticket, event, activity, or experience, you agree to the following Attendee Code of Conduct, Community Standards, and Terms of Participation.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and their respective representatives, assigns, affiliates, vendors, contractors, partners, sponsors, event producers, and service providers, where applicable.

The term “you” refers to the individual who signs this agreement, registers, pays, attends, or participates in the event.

 

1. Payment Authorization & Agreement to Terms

We are Tricky Entertainment and are excited to assist with your travel and event experience. These Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Community Standards collectively form the agreement between you and Tricky Entertainment regarding your participation in Bahama Breeze Music Festival.

By submitting payment, signing a TravelJoy or Wix invoice, completing a group registration form, purchasing any package, ticket, add-on, or service, or attending any event associated with Bahama Breeze Music Festival, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You authorize Tricky Entertainment, its representatives, or assigns to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on your invoice for the amount noted on the invoice on the date of payment. This payment is for the services, package, ticket, event, or travel experience described on the invoice or registration page.

You understand that all payments made to Tricky Entertainment are 100% non-refundable. You certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account used for payment and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company or financial institution so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the invoice, registration page, or this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any package, ticket, travel component, add-on, excursion, room package, event pass, or service associated with Bahama Breeze Music Festival, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Attendee Code of Conduct, and the Community Standards.

Your continued participation in the event is conditioned on your compliance with this Agreement.

 

3. Event Details, Schedule Changes & Artist Appearances

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is a live event experience. Schedule, venues, artist appearances, event locations, experience timing, performers, DJs, hosts, entertainment, excursions, transportation, room assignments, and other event details are subject to change without notice.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, venues, hotels, resorts, suppliers, and event partners reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, substitute, cancel, or adjust any event, performance, activity, amenity, or experience at their sole discretion.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation will be provided due to schedule changes, artist substitutions, venue changes, timing adjustments, weather-related changes, supplier changes, hotel operational decisions, or event programming modifications.

 

4. Package Purchases, Pricing & Inclusions

Package inclusions vary by room category, ticket type, package selection, and purchase option. All pricing is per person unless otherwise stated.

Flights are not included unless specifically stated in writing. Atlantis Paradise Island is not an all-inclusive resort.

Taxes, resort fees, gratuities, dining credits, transfers, incidental holds, baggage fees, airline fees, destination fees, and other personal expenses may apply depending on the final package structure and supplier requirements.

Inventory is limited and all packages are subject to availability. All package pricing is subject to change based on availability without notice until booked, paid, and confirmed.

A quote, advertisement, social media post, flyer, email, or website listing does not guarantee availability or pricing.

 

5. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All sales are final, 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable.

This policy applies to all cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, injury, hospitalization, death in the family, pregnancy, work conflicts, military obligations, missed flights, flight cancellations, airline delays, travel delays, denied boarding, denied entry, passport issues, visa issues, weather events, acts of God, dissatisfaction with event changes, schedule changes, artist changes, venue changes, hotel changes, rooming changes, roommate issues, failure to attend, or any other circumstance.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, substitutions, name changes, package transfers, entertainment ticket transfers, room-night credits, future event credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason.

All balances must be paid in full by July 16, 2026, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay your balance by the stated deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation, package, ticket, room assignment, event access, and/or registration without refund of any prior payments.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Declining travel insurance means you accept the financial risk of cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, emergency, supplier issues, travel disruption, or any other covered or uncovered event.

 

6. Room Night Reductions, Booking Changes & Financial Responsibility

Hotel packages, group blocks, room inventory, room-night commitments, event access, food and beverage credits, and entertainment package components are secured based on the attendee’s original booking, invoice, registration selection, and/or package commitment.

If an attendee reduces the number of room nights in their booking, modifies their package, removes a guest, cancels any portion of their booking, fails to arrive, departs early, or cancels their booking in whole or in part, the attendee remains 100% responsible for the full original invoice amount.

No refund, credit, reduction, offset, chargeback, package adjustment, or invoice reduction will be issued due to reduced room nights, early departure, late arrival, partial attendance, roommate changes, personal schedule changes, unused package components, unused food and beverage credits, unused entertainment package tickets, unused hotel nights, or unused event access.

Attendees understand that group hotel inventory, room blocks, and event packages are contracted in advance and may create financial obligations for Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, event planners, promoters, venues, resorts, and/or suppliers.

Therefore, any reduction, cancellation, or modification by the attendee does not reduce the attendee’s financial responsibility.

The attendee agrees to pay the full balance shown on the original invoice and remains responsible for any outstanding balance, payment plan balance, installment, late fee, processing fee, supplier penalty, administrative cost, collection cost, attorney’s fee, or chargeback-related cost associated with the booking.

 

7. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for confirming all passport validity, visa requirements, entry requirements, transit requirements, health requirements, and travel documentation needed for The Bahamas based on citizenship, residency, and point of origin.

The Bahamas is a sovereign nation and is not a United States territory. Non-U.S. passport holders should consult the Bahamas Immigration Department, their local consulate, airline, or qualified travel advisor regarding entry requirements.

Passports must have at least one blank page and an expiration date no earlier than March 2027, unless stricter requirements apply based on citizenship or travel routing.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, hotel partners, event partners, and suppliers are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, quarantine, fines, penalties, missed events, or travel disruption due to insufficient, expired, incomplete, inaccurate, or improper travel documentation.

8. Age Requirement

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is an adult-only event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the event.

Valid government-issued identification may be required for hotel check-in, event entry, alcohol service, age verification, security screening, or participation in certain activities.

Failure to present valid identification may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

9. Promotional Code & Coupon Policy

All promotional codes, coupon codes, and discount offers are limited to single use only, with a maximum of one code per booking.

Promotional codes must be entered and successfully applied at the time of checkout during the registration process. Codes not entered, not successfully applied, entered incorrectly, expired, or omitted during registration will not be honored, credited, refunded, adjusted, or applied retroactively under any circumstances.

Promotional codes may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, credits, or promotions unless expressly stated in writing.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and Tricky Entertainment reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, revoke, or discontinue any promotional offer or code at any time without prior notice.

Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, exchanged, or auctioned.

Any attempt to use a promotional code in a manner inconsistent with these terms may result in the code being voided and/or the booking being reviewed, adjusted, or canceled.

 

Attendee Code of Conduct & Community Standards

10. Respectful Participation

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is a premium group experience. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect, maturity, and consideration for others at all times.

You agree to treat fellow attendees, artists, performers, hosts, DJs, hotel staff, event staff, security personnel, transportation providers, sponsors, vendors, local residents, and members of the public with dignity and respect.

The following behavior is not permitted:

  • Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threats

  • Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected category

  • Abusive, aggressive, vulgar, or disruptive conduct

  • Unwanted physical contact

  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual conduct

  • Stalking, following, or repeated unwanted attention

  • Fighting, provoking fights, or encouraging violence

  • Public intoxication that creates a safety concern or disrupts the experience

  • Damage to hotel, resort, venue, transportation, or event property

  • Interference with event operations, staff instructions, security procedures, or emergency response


We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether behavior violates this Code of Conduct.

 

11. Alcohol, Substances & Responsible Conduct

Attendees who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly. You are solely responsible for your own alcohol consumption, behavior, decisions, safety, and actions.

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized substances are strictly prohibited.

Attendees must comply with all local laws, hotel policies, venue policies, security requirements, and Bahamian regulations.

We reserve the right to deny service, remove attendees from an event, restrict access, or involve hotel security or law enforcement where behavior creates a safety concern, legal concern, or disruption.

 

12. Resort, Hotel & Venue Conduct

Attendees must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the hotel, resort, event venues, transportation providers, restaurants, lounges, pool areas, beaches, golf courses, and other partner locations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Respecting hotel quiet hours and guest areas

  • Following security instructions

  • Wearing required wristbands, badges, credentials, or event identification

  • Remaining in authorized event areas

  • Respecting pool, beach, casino, restaurant, and nightlife policies

  • Complying with dress codes where applicable

  • Paying all personal charges, incidentals, damages, gratuities, and expenses

  • Avoiding unauthorized gatherings, room parties, vending, or solicitation


You are responsible for any damage, loss, cleaning fees, penalties, or charges caused by you or your invited guests.

 

13. Safety, Security & Emergency Cooperation

Your safety and the safety of others are a priority. You agree to follow all instructions from event staff, hotel staff, security personnel, transportation staff, emergency responders, and law enforcement.

You may be subject to security screening, bag checks, credential checks, age verification, or access control procedures.

Refusal to cooperate may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

If you observe unsafe behavior, medical distress, harassment, threats, violence, property damage, or any situation requiring immediate attention, notify event staff, hotel security, or emergency personnel promptly.

 

14. Personal Boundaries, Consent & Privacy

Attendees must respect the personal boundaries, privacy, and dignity of others.

Consent is required for physical contact, photography in private moments, video recording in sensitive settings, and any interaction that could reasonably make another person uncomfortable.

Unwanted advances, inappropriate comments, invasive recording, repeated unwanted contact, or behavior that violates another attendee’s boundaries may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

15. Photography, Video, Media & Social Media

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is a public-facing entertainment and travel experience. By attending, you understand that photography, video, audio recording, livestreaming, interviews, social media content, and promotional capture may occur.

By participating in the event, you grant Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, and their representatives the right to photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, name, statements, and participation in promotional, marketing, advertising, recap, social media, press, and commercial materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Attendees may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use, provided they do not interfere with performers, production, security, other attendees, or event operations.

The following are prohibited without written authorization:

  • Professional photography or videography for commercial use

  • Recording full performances where prohibited

  • Use of drones

  • Selling event footage, images, or content

  • Livestreaming restricted performances or private experiences

  • Using Bahama Breeze Music Festival branding for unauthorized promotions


Please be respectful when posting other attendees online. Do not post content that is humiliating, invasive, defamatory, harassing, or intentionally harmful.

16. Wristbands, Credentials & Event Access

Event wristbands, badges, tickets, room package credentials, and access passes are the property of Bahama Breeze Music Festival and/or its event partners.

They may not be duplicated, transferred, resold, altered, shared, or tampered with.

Lost, stolen, damaged, removed, or misplaced wristbands or credentials may not be replaced, or may be replaced only at the sole discretion of event organizers and may be subject to additional fees.

Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or attempted entry into restricted areas may result in removal from the event without refund.

17. No Unauthorized Sales, Promotions or Solicitation

Unauthorized vending, selling, sampling, brand promotion, influencer activations, raffles, giveaways, business solicitation, flyer distribution, merchandise sales, ticket resale, excursion sales, or travel package sales are prohibited without written authorization.

Attendees may not use Bahama Breeze Music Festival as a platform to promote competing events, travel packages, entertainment events, business services, or commercial offerings without prior written approval.

18. Respect for The Bahamas & Local Community

Bahama Breeze Music Festival takes place in The Bahamas, a sovereign country with its own laws, customs, culture, and standards of conduct.

Attendees are expected to behave as respectful guests of the destination. This includes respecting local residents, service workers, cultural spaces, natural environments, public areas, beaches, and community standards.

Disrespectful, offensive, destructive, or unlawful behavior toward the local community may result in removal from event activities and/or referral to local authorities.

 

19. Health, Wellness & Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for assessing your own physical health, mobility, dietary needs, medication needs, allergies, limitations, and ability to participate in travel, concerts, parties, pool events, excursions, nightlife, and other activities.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, hotels, venues, suppliers, and partners are not responsible for your personal medical decisions, medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, physical limitations, or failure to seek medical attention.

You agree to make responsible decisions regarding hydration, rest, sun exposure, alcohol consumption, transportation, and personal safety.

20. Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

Attendance at Bahama Breeze Music Festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel delays, flight disruptions, weather events, crowded environments, loud music, lighting effects, pool areas, beaches, nightlife, alcohol service, transportation, resort activities, excursions, illness, personal injury, property damage, theft, lost items, supplier changes, venue changes, performer changes, schedule changes, and unexpected event modifications.

By attending, registering, purchasing, paying toward, or participating in Bahama Breeze Music Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel to, attendance at, and participation in the festival, hotel stay, resort activities, concerts, parties, pool events, excursions, transportation, and any related experiences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

  • Tricky Entertainment

  • Bahama Breeze Music Festival

  • Tricky Entertainment LLC

  • The promoter’s company

  • The event planner’s company

  • The host venue

  • The host resort

  • Any hotel, resort, venue, restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, golf course, transportation provider, excursion provider, or other location used during the course of the event

  • Event sponsors, partners, vendors, contractors, suppliers, performers, DJs, hosts, artists, production teams, security teams, staff, representatives, officers, owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates


from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, expenses, costs, lawsuits, causes of action, judgments, attorney’s fees, medical expenses, property damage, travel disruption, emotional distress, financial loss, or other claims arising out of or related to your registration, payment, travel, attendance, participation, conduct, removal, hotel stay, event access, use of third-party services, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

This hold harmless agreement applies before, during, and after the event, including but not limited to airport transfers, hotel stays, resort grounds, concerts, pool parties, theme parties, lounges, restaurants, excursions, off-site events, transportation, and any official or unofficial gathering connected to Bahama Breeze Music Festival.

You understand and agree that Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, the promoter’s company, the event planner’s company, host resort, host venue, and all venues used during the course of the event are not responsible for your personal decisions, travel choices, conduct, health, safety, belongings, expenses, or failure to comply with applicable rules, laws, policies, and instructions.

 

21. Third-Party Services

Financing, travel insurance, hotels, airlines, transportation, excursions, restaurants, venues, payment processors, and other third-party services are provided by independent providers.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and Tricky Entertainment are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, policies, service failures, financial failure, terms, conditions, fees, restrictions, or performance of third-party providers.

All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

 

22. Intellectual Property

All Bahama Breeze Music Festival names, logos, branding, slogans, graphics, imagery, event concepts, designs, marketing materials, websites, content, and intellectual property are the property of Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Attendees may not use Bahama Breeze Music Festival branding, event names, images, logos, or likenesses to imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without prior written permission.

23. Consequences for Violation, Removal from Events & Early Return Home

Violation of these Terms & Conditions, the Attendee Code of Conduct, Community Standards, hotel policies, venue policies, supplier rules, security instructions, or applicable law may result in one or more of the following actions at the sole discretion of Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, event organizers, hotel management, venue management, security, or law enforcement:

  • Verbal warning

  • Denial of entry

  • Removal from a specific event, venue, activity, hotel area, or experience

  • Revocation of wristband, credential, ticket, pass, or event access

  • Expulsion from all Bahama Breeze Music Festival events

  • Removal from the host resort or host venue, where permitted by the resort, venue, or applicable law

  • Cancellation of package, ticket, wristband, credential, registration, rooming access, or event access

  • Hotel or resort security involvement

  • Law enforcement involvement

  • Financial responsibility for damages, losses, penalties, or expenses

  • Ban from future Bahama Breeze Music Festival or Tricky Entertainment events

  • No refund, credit, transfer, exchange, or compensation

If an attendee violates the Code of Conduct or otherwise engages in conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, intoxicated to a level of concern, damaging to property, harmful to the event experience, or inconsistent with the standards of Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment reserves the right to expel the individual from all events and, at the host’s discretion, require the individual to leave the event experience and/or return home early.

In the event of removal, expulsion, or early departure due to violation of these Terms, the attendee is 100% responsible for all costs associated with removal, relocation, and/or return travel, including but not limited to:

  • Finding alternative accommodations

  • Transportation to or from another hotel

  • Transportation to or from the airport

  • New or changed airline tickets

  • Airline change fees

  • Baggage fees

  • Meal expenses

  • Incidentals

  • Hotel penalties

  • Damages

  • Security-related costs

  • Any other costs incurred as a result of the attendee’s conduct, removal, relocation, or early return home


The attendee will not receive any refund, credit, reimbursement, transfer, or compensation for unused hotel package nights, unused food and beverage credits, unused registration fees, unused entertainment package tickets, unused event access, unused transportation, unused activities, or any other unused package components.

Event organizers are not required to provide a warning before removal if conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, damaging to property, harmful to the event experience, or in violation of applicable hotel, resort, venue, supplier, or legal requirements.

The decision of Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, hotel management, venue management, event security, or law enforcement regarding removal or expulsion shall be final.

24. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback, bank dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim for payments made in accordance with your invoice, registration, booking, package, or this Agreement. In the event that you feel you want to dispute a charge, you are required to send an email to tricky@bahamabreezemusicfestival.com and a response will be provided within 5-7 business days to address your claim prior to initiating a chargeback. 

Improper chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, package, ticket, room assignment, event access, or future booking privileges.

You remain responsible for any unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, attorney’s fees, supplier penalties, or administrative costs associated with disputed or reversed payments.

 

25. Force Majeure

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, and their partners shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, hurricanes, storms, floods, natural disasters, fire, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, border closures, airline disruptions, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, public health emergencies, supplier failure, venue closure, performer cancellation, technical failure, or other events beyond reasonable control.

In such circumstances, event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, substitute, or cancel any portion of the event without issuing refunds, credits, or compensation, except as may be required by applicable law or supplier policy.

 

26. Agreement Updates

These Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Community Standards are subject to revision at any time.

Updates may be posted on the event website, registration page, invoice, attendee portal, or sent by email.

Your continued participation, payment, attendance, or use of event services after updates are issued constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

28. Attendee Acknowledgment

By signing, submitting payment, completing registration, or attending Bahama Breeze Music Festival, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Community Standards.

  • I understand all payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • I understand this non-refundable policy applies to all cancellations for any reason.

  • I understand that if I reduce my room nights, cancel all or part of my booking, arrive late, depart early, or do not attend, I remain 100% responsible for the full original invoice amount.

  • I understand schedule, artist, venue, hotel, and experience details may change.

  • I am responsible for my own travel documentation, passport validity, insurance, health, safety, behavior, and personal expenses.

  • I understand that violation of this Agreement may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • I understand that if I am removed, expelled, or required to return home early due to violation of the Code of Conduct, I am 100% responsible for all related expenses, including alternative accommodations, transportation, airfare, change fees, meals, incidentals, and other costs.

  • I agree to conduct myself respectfully and contribute to a safe, elevated, enjoyable festival experience.

You authorize Tricky Entertainment, its representatives, or assigns to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on your invoice for the amount noted on the invoice on the date of payment. This payment is for the services, package, ticket, event, or travel experience described on the invoice or registration page.

You understand that all payments made to Tricky Entertainment are 100% non-refundable. You certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account used for payment and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company or financial institution so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the invoice, registration page, or this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any package, ticket, travel component, add-on, excursion, room package, event pass, or service associated with Bahama Breeze Music Festival, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Attendee Code of Conduct, and the Community Standards.

Your continued participation in the event is conditioned on your compliance with this Agreement.

 

3. Event Details, Schedule Changes & Artist Appearances

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is a live event experience. Schedule, venues, artist appearances, event locations, experience timing, performers, DJs, hosts, entertainment, excursions, transportation, room assignments, and other event details are subject to change without notice.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, venues, hotels, resorts, suppliers, and event partners reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, substitute, cancel, or adjust any event, performance, activity, amenity, or experience at their sole discretion.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation will be provided due to schedule changes, artist substitutions, venue changes, timing adjustments, weather-related changes, supplier changes, hotel operational decisions, or event programming modifications.

 

4. Package Purchases, Pricing & Inclusions

Package inclusions vary by room category, ticket type, package selection, and purchase option. All pricing is per person unless otherwise stated.

Flights are not included unless specifically stated in writing. Atlantis Paradise Island is not an all-inclusive resort.

Taxes, resort fees, gratuities, dining credits, transfers, incidental holds, baggage fees, airline fees, destination fees, and other personal expenses may apply depending on the final package structure and supplier requirements.

Inventory is limited and all packages are subject to availability. All package pricing is subject to change based on availability without notice until booked, paid, and confirmed.

A quote, advertisement, social media post, flyer, email, or website listing does not guarantee availability or pricing.

 

5. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All sales are final, 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable.

This policy applies to all cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, injury, hospitalization, death in the family, pregnancy, work conflicts, military obligations, missed flights, flight cancellations, airline delays, travel delays, denied boarding, denied entry, passport issues, visa issues, weather events, acts of God, dissatisfaction with event changes, schedule changes, artist changes, venue changes, hotel changes, rooming changes, roommate issues, failure to attend, or any other circumstance.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, substitutions, name changes, package transfers, entertainment ticket transfers, room-night credits, future event credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason.

All balances must be paid in full by July 16, 2026, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay your balance by the stated deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation, package, ticket, room assignment, event access, and/or registration without refund of any prior payments.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Declining travel insurance means you accept the financial risk of cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, emergency, supplier issues, travel disruption, or any other covered or uncovered event.

 

6. Room Night Reductions, Booking Changes & Financial Responsibility

Hotel packages, group blocks, room inventory, room-night commitments, event access, food and beverage credits, and entertainment package components are secured based on the attendee’s original booking, invoice, registration selection, and/or package commitment.

If an attendee reduces the number of room nights in their booking, modifies their package, removes a guest, cancels any portion of their booking, fails to arrive, departs early, or cancels their booking in whole or in part, the attendee remains 100% responsible for the full original invoice amount.

No refund, credit, reduction, offset, chargeback, package adjustment, or invoice reduction will be issued due to reduced room nights, early departure, late arrival, partial attendance, roommate changes, personal schedule changes, unused package components, unused food and beverage credits, unused entertainment package tickets, unused hotel nights, or unused event access.

Attendees understand that group hotel inventory, room blocks, and event packages are contracted in advance and may create financial obligations for Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, event planners, promoters, venues, resorts, and/or suppliers.

Therefore, any reduction, cancellation, or modification by the attendee does not reduce the attendee’s financial responsibility.

The attendee agrees to pay the full balance shown on the original invoice and remains responsible for any outstanding balance, payment plan balance, installment, late fee, processing fee, supplier penalty, administrative cost, collection cost, attorney’s fee, or chargeback-related cost associated with the booking.

 

7. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for confirming all passport validity, visa requirements, entry requirements, transit requirements, health requirements, and travel documentation needed for The Bahamas based on citizenship, residency, and point of origin.

The Bahamas is a sovereign nation and is not a United States territory. Non-U.S. passport holders should consult the Bahamas Immigration Department, their local consulate, airline, or qualified travel advisor regarding entry requirements.

Passports must have at least one blank page and an expiration date no earlier than March 2027, unless stricter requirements apply based on citizenship or travel routing.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, hotel partners, event partners, and suppliers are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, quarantine, fines, penalties, missed events, or travel disruption due to insufficient, expired, incomplete, inaccurate, or improper travel documentation.

8. Age Requirement

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is an adult-only event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the event.

Valid government-issued identification may be required for hotel check-in, event entry, alcohol service, age verification, security screening, or participation in certain activities.

Failure to present valid identification may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

9. Promotional Code & Coupon Policy

All promotional codes, coupon codes, and discount offers are limited to single use only, with a maximum of one code per booking.

Promotional codes must be entered and successfully applied at the time of checkout during the registration process. Codes not entered, not successfully applied, entered incorrectly, expired, or omitted during registration will not be honored, credited, refunded, adjusted, or applied retroactively under any circumstances.

Promotional codes may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, credits, or promotions unless expressly stated in writing.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and Tricky Entertainment reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, revoke, or discontinue any promotional offer or code at any time without prior notice.

Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, exchanged, or auctioned.

Any attempt to use a promotional code in a manner inconsistent with these terms may result in the code being voided and/or the booking being reviewed, adjusted, or canceled.

 

Attendee Code of Conduct & Community Standards

10. Respectful Participation

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is a premium group experience. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect, maturity, and consideration for others at all times.

You agree to treat fellow attendees, artists, performers, hosts, DJs, hotel staff, event staff, security personnel, transportation providers, sponsors, vendors, local residents, and members of the public with dignity and respect.

The following behavior is not permitted:

  • Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threats

  • Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected category

  • Abusive, aggressive, vulgar, or disruptive conduct

  • Unwanted physical contact

  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual conduct

  • Stalking, following, or repeated unwanted attention

  • Fighting, provoking fights, or encouraging violence

  • Public intoxication that creates a safety concern or disrupts the experience

  • Damage to hotel, resort, venue, transportation, or event property

  • Interference with event operations, staff instructions, security procedures, or emergency response


We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether behavior violates this Code of Conduct.

 

11. Alcohol, Substances & Responsible Conduct

Attendees who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly. You are solely responsible for your own alcohol consumption, behavior, decisions, safety, and actions.

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized substances are strictly prohibited.

Attendees must comply with all local laws, hotel policies, venue policies, security requirements, and Bahamian regulations.

We reserve the right to deny service, remove attendees from an event, restrict access, or involve hotel security or law enforcement where behavior creates a safety concern, legal concern, or disruption.

 

12. Resort, Hotel & Venue Conduct

Attendees must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the hotel, resort, event venues, transportation providers, restaurants, lounges, pool areas, beaches, golf courses, and other partner locations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Respecting hotel quiet hours and guest areas

  • Following security instructions

  • Wearing required wristbands, badges, credentials, or event identification

  • Remaining in authorized event areas

  • Respecting pool, beach, casino, restaurant, and nightlife policies

  • Complying with dress codes where applicable

  • Paying all personal charges, incidentals, damages, gratuities, and expenses

  • Avoiding unauthorized gatherings, room parties, vending, or solicitation


You are responsible for any damage, loss, cleaning fees, penalties, or charges caused by you or your invited guests.

 

13. Safety, Security & Emergency Cooperation

Your safety and the safety of others are a priority. You agree to follow all instructions from event staff, hotel staff, security personnel, transportation staff, emergency responders, and law enforcement.

You may be subject to security screening, bag checks, credential checks, age verification, or access control procedures.

Refusal to cooperate may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

If you observe unsafe behavior, medical distress, harassment, threats, violence, property damage, or any situation requiring immediate attention, notify event staff, hotel security, or emergency personnel promptly.

 

14. Personal Boundaries, Consent & Privacy

Attendees must respect the personal boundaries, privacy, and dignity of others.

Consent is required for physical contact, photography in private moments, video recording in sensitive settings, and any interaction that could reasonably make another person uncomfortable.

Unwanted advances, inappropriate comments, invasive recording, repeated unwanted contact, or behavior that violates another attendee’s boundaries may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

15. Photography, Video, Media & Social Media

Bahama Breeze Music Festival is a public-facing entertainment and travel experience. By attending, you understand that photography, video, audio recording, livestreaming, interviews, social media content, and promotional capture may occur.

By participating in the event, you grant Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, and their representatives the right to photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, name, statements, and participation in promotional, marketing, advertising, recap, social media, press, and commercial materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Attendees may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use, provided they do not interfere with performers, production, security, other attendees, or event operations.

The following are prohibited without written authorization:

  • Professional photography or videography for commercial use

  • Recording full performances where prohibited

  • Use of drones

  • Selling event footage, images, or content

  • Livestreaming restricted performances or private experiences

  • Using Bahama Breeze Music Festival branding for unauthorized promotions


Please be respectful when posting other attendees online. Do not post content that is humiliating, invasive, defamatory, harassing, or intentionally harmful.

16. Wristbands, Credentials & Event Access

Event wristbands, badges, tickets, room package credentials, and access passes are the property of Bahama Breeze Music Festival and/or its event partners.

They may not be duplicated, transferred, resold, altered, shared, or tampered with.

Lost, stolen, damaged, removed, or misplaced wristbands or credentials may not be replaced, or may be replaced only at the sole discretion of event organizers and may be subject to additional fees.

Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or attempted entry into restricted areas may result in removal from the event without refund.

17. No Unauthorized Sales, Promotions or Solicitation

Unauthorized vending, selling, sampling, brand promotion, influencer activations, raffles, giveaways, business solicitation, flyer distribution, merchandise sales, ticket resale, excursion sales, or travel package sales are prohibited without written authorization.

Attendees may not use Bahama Breeze Music Festival as a platform to promote competing events, travel packages, entertainment events, business services, or commercial offerings without prior written approval.

18. Respect for The Bahamas & Local Community

Bahama Breeze Music Festival takes place in The Bahamas, a sovereign country with its own laws, customs, culture, and standards of conduct.

Attendees are expected to behave as respectful guests of the destination. This includes respecting local residents, service workers, cultural spaces, natural environments, public areas, beaches, and community standards.

Disrespectful, offensive, destructive, or unlawful behavior toward the local community may result in removal from event activities and/or referral to local authorities.

 

19. Health, Wellness & Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for assessing your own physical health, mobility, dietary needs, medication needs, allergies, limitations, and ability to participate in travel, concerts, parties, pool events, excursions, nightlife, and other activities.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, hotels, venues, suppliers, and partners are not responsible for your personal medical decisions, medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, physical limitations, or failure to seek medical attention.

You agree to make responsible decisions regarding hydration, rest, sun exposure, alcohol consumption, transportation, and personal safety.

20. Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

Attendance at Bahama Breeze Music Festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel delays, flight disruptions, weather events, crowded environments, loud music, lighting effects, pool areas, beaches, nightlife, alcohol service, transportation, resort activities, excursions, illness, personal injury, property damage, theft, lost items, supplier changes, venue changes, performer changes, schedule changes, and unexpected event modifications.

By attending, registering, purchasing, paying toward, or participating in Bahama Breeze Music Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel to, attendance at, and participation in the festival, hotel stay, resort activities, concerts, parties, pool events, excursions, transportation, and any related experiences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

  • Tricky Entertainment

  • Bahama Breeze Music Festival

  • Tricky Entertainment LLC

  • The promoter’s company

  • The event planner’s company

  • The host venue

  • The host resort

  • Any hotel, resort, venue, restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, golf course, transportation provider, excursion provider, or other location used during the course of the event

  • Event sponsors, partners, vendors, contractors, suppliers, performers, DJs, hosts, artists, production teams, security teams, staff, representatives, officers, owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates


from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, expenses, costs, lawsuits, causes of action, judgments, attorney’s fees, medical expenses, property damage, travel disruption, emotional distress, financial loss, or other claims arising out of or related to your registration, payment, travel, attendance, participation, conduct, removal, hotel stay, event access, use of third-party services, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

This hold harmless agreement applies before, during, and after the event, including but not limited to airport transfers, hotel stays, resort grounds, concerts, pool parties, theme parties, lounges, restaurants, excursions, off-site events, transportation, and any official or unofficial gathering connected to Bahama Breeze Music Festival.

You understand and agree that Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, the promoter’s company, the event planner’s company, host resort, host venue, and all venues used during the course of the event are not responsible for your personal decisions, travel choices, conduct, health, safety, belongings, expenses, or failure to comply with applicable rules, laws, policies, and instructions.

 

21. Third-Party Services

Financing, travel insurance, hotels, airlines, transportation, excursions, restaurants, venues, payment processors, and other third-party services are provided by independent providers.

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, and Tricky Entertainment are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, policies, service failures, financial failure, terms, conditions, fees, restrictions, or performance of third-party providers.

All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

 

22. Intellectual Property

All Bahama Breeze Music Festival names, logos, branding, slogans, graphics, imagery, event concepts, designs, marketing materials, websites, content, and intellectual property are the property of Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Attendees may not use Bahama Breeze Music Festival branding, event names, images, logos, or likenesses to imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without prior written permission.

23. Consequences for Violation, Removal from Events & Early Return Home

Violation of these Terms & Conditions, the Attendee Code of Conduct, Community Standards, hotel policies, venue policies, supplier rules, security instructions, or applicable law may result in one or more of the following actions at the sole discretion of Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, event organizers, hotel management, venue management, security, or law enforcement:

  • Verbal warning

  • Denial of entry

  • Removal from a specific event, venue, activity, hotel area, or experience

  • Revocation of wristband, credential, ticket, pass, or event access

  • Expulsion from all Bahama Breeze Music Festival events

  • Removal from the host resort or host venue, where permitted by the resort, venue, or applicable law

  • Cancellation of package, ticket, wristband, credential, registration, rooming access, or event access

  • Hotel or resort security involvement

  • Law enforcement involvement

  • Financial responsibility for damages, losses, penalties, or expenses

  • Ban from future Bahama Breeze Music Festival or Tricky Entertainment events

  • No refund, credit, transfer, exchange, or compensation

If an attendee violates the Code of Conduct or otherwise engages in conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, intoxicated to a level of concern, damaging to property, harmful to the event experience, or inconsistent with the standards of Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment reserves the right to expel the individual from all events and, at the host’s discretion, require the individual to leave the event experience and/or return home early.

In the event of removal, expulsion, or early departure due to violation of these Terms, the attendee is 100% responsible for all costs associated with removal, relocation, and/or return travel, including but not limited to:

  • Finding alternative accommodations

  • Transportation to or from another hotel

  • Transportation to or from the airport

  • New or changed airline tickets

  • Airline change fees

  • Baggage fees

  • Meal expenses

  • Incidentals

  • Hotel penalties

  • Damages

  • Security-related costs

  • Any other costs incurred as a result of the attendee’s conduct, removal, relocation, or early return home


The attendee will not receive any refund, credit, reimbursement, transfer, or compensation for unused hotel package nights, unused food and beverage credits, unused registration fees, unused entertainment package tickets, unused event access, unused transportation, unused activities, or any other unused package components.

Event organizers are not required to provide a warning before removal if conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, damaging to property, harmful to the event experience, or in violation of applicable hotel, resort, venue, supplier, or legal requirements.

The decision of Tricky Entertainment, Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, hotel management, venue management, event security, or law enforcement regarding removal or expulsion shall be final.

24. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback, bank dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim for payments made in accordance with your invoice, registration, booking, package, or this Agreement. In the event that you feel you want to dispute a charge, you are required to send an email to tricky@bahamabreezemusicfestival.com and a response will be provided within 5-7 business days to address your claim prior to initiating a chargeback. 

Improper chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, package, ticket, room assignment, event access, or future booking privileges.

You remain responsible for any unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, attorney’s fees, supplier penalties, or administrative costs associated with disputed or reversed payments.

 

25. Force Majeure

Bahama Breeze Music Festival, Tricky Entertainment LLC, Tricky Entertainment, and their partners shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, hurricanes, storms, floods, natural disasters, fire, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, border closures, airline disruptions, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, public health emergencies, supplier failure, venue closure, performer cancellation, technical failure, or other events beyond reasonable control.

In such circumstances, event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, substitute, or cancel any portion of the event without issuing refunds, credits, or compensation, except as may be required by applicable law or supplier policy.

 

26. Agreement Updates

These Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Community Standards are subject to revision at any time.

Updates may be posted on the event website, registration page, invoice, attendee portal, or sent by email.

Your continued participation, payment, attendance, or use of event services after updates are issued constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

28. Attendee Acknowledgment

By signing, submitting payment, completing registration, or attending Bahama Breeze Music Festival, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Community Standards.

  • I understand all payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • I understand this non-refundable policy applies to all cancellations for any reason.

  • I understand that if I reduce my room nights, cancel all or part of my booking, arrive late, depart early, or do not attend, I remain 100% responsible for the full original invoice amount.

  • I understand schedule, artist, venue, hotel, and experience details may change.

  • I am responsible for my own travel documentation, passport validity, insurance, health, safety, behavior, and personal expenses.

  • I understand that violation of this Agreement may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • I understand that if I am removed, expelled, or required to return home early due to violation of the Code of Conduct, I am 100% responsible for all related expenses, including alternative accommodations, transportation, airfare, change fees, meals, incidentals, and other costs.

  • I agree to conduct myself respectfully and contribute to a safe, elevated, enjoyable festival experience.
