Lost With Lady is a unique one-of-a-kind Travel Agency that curates fully customized group trips shrouded in mystery, where daily itineraries are kept secret until travelers arrive, promising an unparalleled blend of adventure, surprise, and lifelong memories with like-minded Travelers from all over the world. Here are the simple steps to get Lost With Lady: 

 

1. Review all trip details: Even though the daily itinerary is hidden, each trip will have a "Trip Details" section which explains exactly what's included in your trip.  
 
2. Determine which package is better for you, double or single occupancy: Opt for double occupancy if you're sharing a room with a fellow Traveler or booking solo in which another Solo Traveler will share a room with you, featuring comfortable double beds. Alternatively, select single occupancy for a room dedicated to you alone, ensuring a more private and personalized stay. For some packages, you will have the option to opt for shared Single Occupancy if you're sharing the same room, bed, and bathroom with a spouse or friend.
 
3. Determine the number of travelers you want to book: You can book as a Solo Traveler or for a group of up to 2 Travelers at once.
 
4. Fill out the Traveler Form: Before booking your trip, it's essential to fill out the Traveler Form for each traveler.
 
5. Determine if you want to add additional excursions: Every trip comes with leisure time, but some trips will offer you the option to add additional excursions for an additional fee. While the exact excursion remains a mystery each additional excursion will come with a clever riddle, providing an enticing hint to what it could be.
 
6. Secure Your Booking: Complete your reservation by either paying the full balance upfront or choosing our convenient payment plan. For added flexibility, explore options like Affirm, Uplift, Afterpay, or other platforms to manage your balance. Who This Trip Might Not Be Good For:

 
  • Mobility Concerns: Activities and city tours involve walking on uneven terrain and climbing in and out of vehicles. Please consider your mobility needs before booking.
  • Heat Sensitivity: Costa Rica can be warm, especially during the day. The outdoor tours may expose you to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Ensure you can tolerate extended periods outdoors in varying climates.
  • Long Days: Our itinerary includes full-day tours and evening events, which may be tiring for those who prefer a more relaxed pace or have difficulty with extended periods of activity.
  • Physical Limitations: Some activities may require agility and balance. If you have any physical limitations that could affect your participation, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

Payments & Cancellations:

 

Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of reservation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your trip is paid in full, you may refer to your insurance policy for any refunds. For all reservations (unless otherwise specified), a deposit will be required. The amount due and details of any monthly payment plan will be clearly outlined.

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.

Late Payment: Any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice will result in a late fee of $250, which will be automatically added to your invoice one day after the final payment date.

Installment Payments: You are responsible for keeping up with your payment plan. If you can’t make a payment on time for any reason, please contact us and let us know. If you miss THREE payments in a row, your trip will be canceled with no refunds from us. 

Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.

Last Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 60 days before departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours, and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.

Form of Payment: Lost With Lady LLC accepts all major credit or debit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). You may also complete payment using 3rd parties such as Affirm, Uplift, After Pay, or Klarna. You can use the 3rd party to pay for part of your trip or the entire balance. When you plan your purchase use our company name "TJ Lost With Lady LLC" and put in the trip amount. You may have to round the trip balance up to the nearest dollar amount, and you will be refunded the difference once your order is complete. If you are approved for your purchase, you will receive a virtual credit card number that you will be able to use to pay for your trip. 

Refunds: All payments to Lost With Lady LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Lost With Lady LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. For refunds, refer to your travel insurance policy.

Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to travelers@lostwithlady.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. Once your email has been received, you must complete the cancellation request form sent to you via email to complete the cancellation process. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call (404) 692-0991 to ensure your information was received.

Also if you prepaid for shared accommodations and your traveling companion cancels their trip due to one or more of the covered reasons listed in your policy, the insurance will reimburse any additional accommodation fees you are required to pay, such as a single supplement fee (if applicable).

Reservation Name Changes: Name changes due to incorrect information being provided will incur a $250 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Name Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. Do U.S. citizens need a visa and a passport to travel? Are any other ID or documents needed to travel from the USA besides a passport?

Yes, US Citizens need a valid Passport with an expiration date more than 6 months past the travel departure date and at least 2 blank pages within your passport.  If you are not a US Citizen, it is your responsibility to research what is needed for you to successfully travel to Costa Rica.

What type of Visa is required to travel?

No, US Citizens do not need to purchase a Visa to travel to Costa Rica for this trip.

Do military or senior citizen discounts apply?

The prices are already discounted and further discounts are not available.

Can additional nights be purchased?

Yes, additional nights can be purchased. Pre or Post-tour.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

No. You do not need to be vaccinated.
