Proper Protocol To Booking!


 

Thank you for choosing Lovie Jay Travel LLC/Event Planning to assist with organizing your vacation.

To initiate the planning process, kindly complete the travel inquiry form thoroughly. A non-refundable research fee is required before any research begins. Each form is designated for ONE destination and up to 2 quotes. If you have multiple destinations in mind, please complete a separate form for each one.

Upon receipt of your form and research fee, please allow up to 72 business hours to receive your quotes. The processing time may vary based on the volume of requests. We will reach out to you within 72 hours to discuss your itinerary in detail if additional information is required to begin the planning process. Please be aware that not providing a budget may potentially delay the initiation of your research.

How To Book:

  • Step 1: Select your package below and click 'Book Now'.  
 
  • Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers you can add the number of travelers on the form on the next step. 
 
  • Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info'
 
  • Step 4: Fill the form out in as much detail as possible about your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
 
  • Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment'
 
  • Step 6: Authorize payment for research fee.
 
  • Step 7: Wait 72 hours for quotes to be sent to your email.

Quote Request:

At Lovie Jay Travel LLC  quotes will be delivered via email within 3-5 business days after receiving your form. Upon receipt, you will be presented with two options tailored to your travel inquiry. You are entitled to two revisions within 3 days of receiving the initial quote. Any further revisions or new quote requests beyond this period may incur an additional fee.We ask that you provide feedback on your quote within 2 days to prevent the request from being considered abandoned. Please note that prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed if you are not ready to make a deposit at the time of receiving your quote.Once your booking is confirmed, a $100 change fee will apply to any modifications. If multiple changes are requested at different times, a separate fee will be charged for each modification. Additionally, all payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued, including in cases of cancellation.Thank you for choosing Lovie Jay Travel LLC, and for your understanding of these policies.

Travelers agree to first contact Lovie Jay Travel to discuss account resolution.We also recommend utilizing your travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip.Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of LJT’s Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed  Traveler agrees to repay LJT for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees. non-refundable and non-transferrable
 
Research fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Payment Plans & Deposits

Lovie Jay Travel offers payment plans for departures that are GREATER than 180 days out. Most deposits start at $250 per person.  A deposit will be required with all bookings. Balances will be due within 90 days of departure. 

Travel Insurance 

Travel Insurance is recommended on all travel. PLEASE BE AWARE: IF TRAVEL PROTECTION IS DECLINED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECOVER ANY PAID EXPENSES.

Terms & Conditions

Inquiries will not be researched without payment of research fee. Travel will not be booked without deposit and/or payment of trip.  If you decide to book with us, you will receive a separate communication and invoice to secure your booking. ALL PRICES AND DEPOSITS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!
