About me:
I am a travel advisor with a speciality in international vacations. My expertise includes, but is not limited to all inclusive resorts in Mexico (Tulum, Cancun, Cabo, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta) Costa Rica, Jamaica, Punta Cana, Grenada, Antigua/Barbuda, and St.Lucia/Aruba. I have also booked travel for clients in non-Caribbean locations as well.
 
*A few things that I do not personally book at this time are Disney and AirBnBs/Vacation Rentals.

Why do you charge an agency research fee?
Our agency has chosen to charge a fee for many reasons. For starters, we put a lot of time and thought into planning your trip. This makes sure the time we put into your adventure is compensated. Travel advisors are only paid by the resorts once our clients travel. This agency fee covers our time in the case that we work for hours planning your trip and something occurs, and you can’t travel. I can assure you that the fee is well worth the quality of service you will receive. 
 
Which package should I choose?
This totally depends on how involved you’d like me to be!
 
  • The Basic ($50) Package is for those clients that already know exactly where they want to go! You have the resort picked out, the dates you want, and you want to make sure everything is handled stress free! We will price match your pre-built itinerary with the top vacation suppliers in the industry to make sure you are getting the most value for what you’ve found! This package is only for those wanting the resort booked and for me to handle roundtrip airport transfers. (The client will book their own air with this package).
 
  • The Full Service ($100) Package is the most popular plan. This package is for those that know the country they want to travel to, but they just aren’t sure on the resort! This package also includes me handling transfers, flights and booking the resort! This is perfect for those wanting an all-inclusive vacation in the Caribbean!

  • The Works ($250) Package is our most extensive package! This is for those that want a single destination handcrafted itinerary with resort(s), flights, and transfers. This is also the package for the client that just isn’t sure where they want to go at all. This package covers 2+ countries with multiple resort options. 
     

    This is for those that want a single destination handcrafted itinerary with resort(s), flights, transfers, suggested excursions, and guides. This is also the package for the client that just isn’t sure where they want to go at all. This package covers 2-3 countries with multiple resort options. (Europe, Africa, Hawaii, Alaska all require this package because they are much more in depth)

    *Includes 2 complimentary revisions, each additional revision costs $25 each

    Examples of additional revisions are changes to: occupancy, room type, travel dates, name changes, etc.

 
What if I have a group? Are the packages the same?
If you have 3 people or more, a per person booking fee will be built into the travel quote. (This is how destination weddings are structured as well) 
 
Refund Policy:
 
Initial deposits for agency research fees are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel or postpone travel, all funds for available packages are non-refundable. Cancellations of travel plans are subject to hotel/flight/transfer policies.
