- Due to contractual obligations from our tour operator and the purchase of Intra-Tour airfare at time of registration, the initial deposit of $500 per person for this travel event is non-refundable and non-transferrable - we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance from the start to protect your investment

- Emergency contact information available for a responsible individual NOT traveling with you

Please Note:
- Room occupancy is for one or two guests (triple rooms are based on availability at time of request and quad rooms are not available)

- All passengers agree to comply with COVID19 and other entrance requirements from the country of Greece along with applicable policies enforced by the airlines, United States Government and our tour operator, Globus Journeys to participate in this tour over the dates of the tour to include but not limited to vaccinations, testing, social distancing and mask wearing. No refunds will be given for travelers that do not comply with these requirements.
- It is important that names match your passports to avoid incurring a $50 name change fee and additional airline penalties of $300 or more per person charged by our tour operator, Globus Journeys after your original booking has been processed. This is in addition to a $75 processing fee charged separately by our agency. To avoid this, please text or send us a copy of your passport when making your reservations so we have your correct information from the start
- After booking your reservation, all passengers will receive and must agree to our tour operator, Globus Journey's guest acknowledgment and on trip contact form
- Children are welcome if accompanied/supervised by parents and are at least 12 years old at time of travel, at least one guest sharing a room must be 18 or older at time of travel
- Room availability and pricing is not guaranteed until first deposit is received and charged by our tour operator and you have received a confirmation from us
- Quad occupancy is not available and triple occupancy is very limited so please book as early as possible

Initial Deposits:
$500 per person to secure your spot - Due to our tour operator's terms and reserving airfare from Santorini to Athens as part of your tour at the time of your reservation, initial deposits are non-refundable. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself when traveling and your investment- options are available during checkout)
Final Payment is due on or before March 8, 2023 (we can arrange a payment plan if you prefer)
FYI, if final payment is not made by the noted date, we will attempt to contact you. However, if we are unable to contact you and payment has still not been made in a timely manner your reservations, may automatically cancel without notice and cancellation penalties will apply. A fee of $150 will apply to reinstate the reservation, if possible, by our agency in addition to any extra charges applicable for our travel suppliers.
Please Note:
Prior to final payment there is a potential for a price increase(s) from our ground tour operator, Globus Journeys due to minimum number of passengers not being met, fuel surcharges, government levied taxes and fees and currency fluctuations. Enjoy an optional group dinner with a magnificent view of the Acropolis at the very popular Athen's restaurant, Dionysos Zonar.
Dionysos is nestled in the shadow of the rock of Acropolis, in the heart of the historic center of Athens and is famous for its view. The restaurant features Greek and International Cuisine.
We made group dining reservations for our 17 guests. This is an optional event to enjoy a nice meal and magnificent view together of the Acropolis at night before we sail to Mykonos the next morning.
Everyone will be responsible for their own costs so please bring cash or can Venmo me as many Greek restaurants are not able to split a group check. Check the webpage for menu items, pricing and more information.
For transportation, plan on taking/sharing a taxi to/from restaurant.
Price
We'll split price among all guests so bring cash. Figure at least 100 euros per person for food and drinks
