We're excited to announce some changes to our Chicago House Music Group Trip!
To better accommodate everyone's needs, especially as the holiday season approaches, we've decided to remove the charter bus option from our package.
This will allow us to lower the deposit cost and extend the deposit deadline to align with the end of the picnic early bird ticket sales.
**Why the change?** By focusing on securing hotel accommodations and early bird tickets, we can offer you the best possible experience at the most affordable price.

The deposit becomes non-refundable after the early-bird Chosen Few Tickets go on sale. (Early bird ticket on sale date is TBA.)

Travel Protection:
Travel protection is highly recommended but is an additional cost.

Changes & Cancellations:
To make changes or cancel your hotel reservation, you must notify Limabre Custom Travel in writing by email to letsgo@limabrecustomtravel.com immediately.
Your right to a refund is limited and subject to the terms of the chosen hotel.
Failing to travel will result in a 100% cancellation penalty.
