Lux Travel Life, LLC - Terms & Conditions

 

1. Payment Plans & Late Payments

Travelers selecting a payment plan must enroll in automated payments at the time of booking.

Failure to enroll or missed payments may result in trip cancellation and forfeiture of all payments made, including the

deposit.

A $25 late fee will be assessed for any missed payment.

Accounts overdue by 30+ days will result in cancellation, forfeiture of prior payments, and ineligibility for future trip credit.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Travelers have 24 hours from booking to cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to

info@luxtravellife.net.

After 24 hours, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including deposits.

Lux Travel Life, LLC does not offer refunds or transfers for canceled trips initiated by the traveler for any reason.

In the event Lux Travel Life, LLC cancels a trip, travelers will receive a travel credit for future use within a designated

timeframe. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Travel insurance is required for all travelers and is the sole means of reimbursement for trip costs in case of

cancellation, trip interruption, or other unforeseen events.

3. Travel Insurance Requirement

Travelers are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Lux Travel Life strongly recommends a "Cancel For Any Reason" policy.

It is advised to secure travel insurance within one week of initial deposit.

Failure to secure insurance does not waive the non-refundable policy.

4. Risk, Safety, and Liability

Travelers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of international travel, including but not limited to political

instability, health hazards, transportation incidents, and natural disasters.

Lux Travel Life, LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage incurred during travel.

Travelers agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lux Travel Life, LLC from any claims arising from participation

in trips.

Lux Travel Life, LLC is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party vendors (hotels, transportation, tours, etc.).

5. COVID-19 Policy

Lux Travel Life, LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip at its sole discretion, including for pandemic-related reasons.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued. A travel credit will be provided.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and paying for any COVID-19 testing or documentation required for travel.

Lux Travel Life, LLC will monitor travel advisories and may cancel trips for safety concerns regardless of official

advisories.

6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

A valid passport (6 months beyond trip end date) is required.

Travelers are responsible for securing necessary visas or additional documents.

Passport copies must be submitted to Lux Travel Life, LLC at least 4 weeks prior to departure.

Failure to comply with travel document requirements does not entitle the traveler to refunds.

7. Photography & Media Release

By participating, travelers grant Lux Travel Life, LLC permission to use photographs and video for promotional purposes,

including social media, websites, and marketing materials, without compensation.

8. Health Disclosure & Participation

Travelers must disclose any physical, mental, or dietary conditions that may affect their participation.

Failure to disclose health conditions waives liability from Lux Travel Life, LLC for any resulting issues.

Participation in trips is voluntary, and travelers assume all associated risks.

9. Itinerary & Service Adjustments

Lux Travel Life, LLC reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, and activities as necessary.

Lux Travel Life, LLC is not responsible for service changes made by third-party providers.

10. Communication & Updates

Travelers are responsible for monitoring email communications from Lux Travel Life, LLC.

Official notifications, including trip cancellations or changes, will be communicated via email.

By booking a trip with Lux Travel Life, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
