We are Travels by Likisha and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Travels by Likisha and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

***Please read all terms and conditions before requesting services, acquiring travel packages and using the website***

The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s), (collectively as "You" and "Traveler"), and Travels by Likisha ("We", "Us") pursuant to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”):

By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be legally bound by these terms.  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any features or services available at any time on the Website or the Services are subject to these Terms of Service. Accessing the Website or the Services in any manner, even by automated means, constitutes your use of said Website or the Services, respectively, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you must immediately stop using the Website or the Services. You may not use the Website or the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service. You further expressly agree and acknowledge all the following provisions.

We reserve the right to update or amend (collectively, “change”) these Terms of Service at any time and will revise the effective date when we do so. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Service regularly for any changes and to take note of the posted effective date of the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Website or the Services, as the case may be, after the posted effective dates constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service as modified, provided however, that such modifications shall not apply to any disputes arising prior to the effective date of the changes. Accordingly, you hereby agree that your continued use of the Website constitutes your waiver to contest the enforceability of any such changes (whether for lack of notice or otherwise). Please do not use the Website if you disagree with the provisions of this paragraph 1.3. Otherwise, your continued use is to be deemed conclusive acceptance thereof.

By submitting payment, traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined herein. 

INFORMATION & ACCESS FOR TRAVEL SERVICES AND BOOKINGS

You are warranting and consenting that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with Travels by Likisha by all means, including the Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all your travel bookings (as well as consenting to use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with Travels by Likisha is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, misinformed, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities provided by Travels by Likisha shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.  Travels by Likisha holds all rights to all photos taken on any trips planned and booked by Travels by Likisha.

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through access provided by Travels by Likisha.

REQUESTING SERVICES, DEPOSITS, RESERVATION, & PAYMENTS

Travels by Likisha has the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime.  All payments and/or fees are required within specified timeframe provided and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Participation in private group events, activities, and curated experiences is reserved exclusively for travelers who book directly through Travels by Likisha, LLC as part of the official group package.

Travelers booking independently outside of the group package are not guaranteed access to private events, group transportation, reserved dining experiences, or curated activities.

Forms of Payment

Travels by Likisha accepts all forms for credit and debit cards as the preferred method of payment.  If for any reason, you are paying for another person in your group (not registered under your booking); Travels by Likisha will require prior authorization in the form or a credit card authorization form and email notification giving consent.  The “Agency” will in no way reach out to the third party; you will need to make sure all authorizations are sent directly to Travels by Likisha.

Failure to make payments by scheduled due dates may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Travels by Likisha, LLC reserves the right to apply late fees, reinstate reservations at updated pricing, or revoke promotional pricing for delinquent accounts.

Reservations & Deposit

Proposals will be emailed to traveler with total cost per person.  It is the travelers responsibilty to be aware that prices quoted are subject to change without notice until deposit/payment has been made in order to lock in the quoted rate.  All rates are subject to change and/or flucuate at anytime.

Shared Travel/Roommates

Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposits within 24 hours of each other. Once the registration forms and deposit are received each roommate can make separate payments. All roommates must state who will be sharing rooms on the registration form. It is the responsibility of all roommates or shared travelers; to ensure that their fellow roommates are making their payments in a timely manner in order to avoid having the reservation occupancy rate being adjusted to match the number of travelers occupying the room. In this case, the remaining roommate(s) are responsible for paying the difference in price for the new adjusted occupancy rate. Travelers selecting double occupancy without a confirmed roommate understand that if their roommate cancels, misses payments, or defaults for any reason, the remaining traveler(s) are financially responsible for any additional occupancy costs, single supplement fees, or room category adjustments required by the supplier. 

Due Dates and Final Payments

All travelers are responsible for being aware of when all payments and/or deadlines are due.  The final payment due date will be clearly marked on the booking itinerary. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make the final payment before or by the due date. Failure to make the final payment by the stated due date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and all previous deposits will be forfeited unless insurance is purchased. If insurance is purchased, the insurance guidelines will apply based on the supplier.  All late payments must be prior approval by Travels by Likisha. A “Final Payment Extension Request” fee of $25 must be paid for payment extension request, all payments received after the final due date and before the final payment will be submitted.

Declined Credit Card Payments

It is the responsibility of the traveler to insure the correct credit card payment information has been properly submitted, which includes all of the following information such as: credit card holder’s name, full credit card billing address, phone number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and three-digit or four-digit (AMEX) security code on the back of the card.

A declined payment will not be automatically resubmitted. If the payment is declined, an email will be sent to request another form of payment. After the second declined payment the reservation may be cancelled, and all previous payments will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Refunds Request

All payments submitted and processed by Travels by Likisha is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Travels by Likisha always highly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance to have peace of mind and protect the investment that you have authorized.

In the event that travel protection has been purchased than there will be a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty assessed by Travels by Likisha if travel plans are canceled prior to the final payment date, and a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty assessed if I/we cancel our travel plans after the final payment date. It is also understood that travel arrangements will NOT be cancelled with the supplier until these fees have been paid in full. 

By submitting payment, traveler acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined by Travels by Likisha, LLC. Travelers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been contracted, reserved, or provided.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate charges may result in cancellation of travel services, forfeiture of future travel credits, and collection efforts for any outstanding balances and associated fees. Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. 

Changes to Reservations

One name change, or reservation move, per reservation, can be made before the final payment. Some suppliers may charge a fee to change the name on a reservation, which is the responsibility of the traveler. Travels by Likisha charges a $25 fee after the first name change; plus supplier change fees.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED

No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for missed activities, unused services, voluntary absence from scheduled events, or failure to participate in any portion of the trip. 

Special Needs & Medical Needs

It is the responsibility of the traveler to inform Travels by Likisha of any special requirements or medical needs that the traveler may have.  Information about medications, dietary, emergency contact, etc. is required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date. This information is held in confidence and is only used in case of an emergency or is requested by the supplier.

If the traveler's medical information is not received by 30 days before travel, the traveler will not receive Final Travel Information until the information is provided.

Supplier Changes

Travels by Likisha is not responsible for any changes that may come from the Supplier or their vendors.  Every attempt will be made to make traveler aware of any changes to hotel, airline, cruise or excursions.  Within at least 48hrs of being aware by Supplier. 

Excursions, activities, restaurants, entertainment, transportation, and itinerary items are subject to change due to supplier availability, weather conditions, operational changes, safety concerns, or minimum participation requirements.

Travels by Likisha, LLC reserves the right to substitute comparable services or modify the itinerary to ensure the best overall group experience. 

Travels by Likisha, LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or interruptions caused by acts beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, hurricanes, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier bankruptcy, labor disputes, civil unrest, mechanical failures, airline schedule changes, terrorism, or acts of God.

Any refunds, credits, or compensation resulting from supplier interruptions are subject solely to the policies and procedures of the individual supplier.

Cancellation of Group Travel

On rare occasions, Travels by Likisha may be required to cancel a group booking, either because there are not enough travelers to operate the group travel if travel arrangements are booked under a group booking that requires a minimum number of travelers, or for other events outside the control of Travels by Likisha.  Travels by Likisha will cancel tours due to lack of travelers prior to final invoicing however, Travels by Likisha reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time up to the day of departure, due to no fault of our own.

In the event of a cancellation by Travels by Likisha, all monies paid to Group for the canceled tour will be promptly refunded to the traveler. Travels by Likisha is not responsible for any penalties imposed by the airlines.

Travel Insurance Protection

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Travels by Likisha to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Travels by Likisha is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy.

Additional Fees by Suppliers

Additional taxes and surcharges that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers. Most properties and vehicle rental/leasing companies require a credit card imprint at check-in.

PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND TRAVEL INFORMATION

Passport/Visa

All individuals departing from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Please check that your passport is valid for 6 months or longer than your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the United States Department of State or representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A valid government issued ID is required for travel within the USA, however depending on the State of departure or arrival, a passport may be required instead of a driver’s license.

Travels by Likisha highly suggest that all travelers travel with a passport.  Even though a passport may not be required for most locations; it is still a good idea to have it.  As for most Caribbean cruises may only require two forms if identification such as your driver’s license and birth certificate.  You may want to try to be aware of unforeseen incidents while on vacation; which may require you to have a passport to return back to the United States.

You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing Customer to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel bookings on cruises and/or tours.

When you receive all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify all information. If changes need to be made; then you need to immediately contact Travels by Likisha changes or corrections are required.

Travel Safety

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Travels by Likisha urges customers to remain informed daily as to all current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov.

Travels by Likisha highly suggest that travelers use “The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)” is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/.

Travels by Likisha is not responsible for damages, liable for cost or loss that may result from traveling to such at risk destinations.  Customer’s participation constitutes acceptance of such events at customer’s own risk.

Disclosure & Responsibilities

Travels by Likisha acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Travels by Likisha. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s Terms and Conditions are contained in printed form and are set forth on their respective Web sites, which govern the transaction. All bookings are accepted by Travels by Likisha as agent for the travel suppliers on your itinerary. The transportation, accommodations and other services provided by the identified sea, ground, and air operator suppliers offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including Terms and Conditions on their respective Web sites.
