I understand and agree that in order to begin researching my upcoming trip a "Plan to Go" fee will be charged within 24 hours of my acceptance.
The "Plan to Go" fee is retained by the agency as payment for services rendered.

By paying the Plan To Go deposit, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms. The deposit is non-refundable.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are hereby agreeing to this Client Agreement and its terms listed herein:
1) The authorization & disclosure is not considered complete until this form is executed by you.
2) We will not commence any planning until the Plan To Go fee has been paid
3) Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned.
4) I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage Addy and Terry Travel, (as part of Prestige Travel Systems and Outside Agents) to research my vacation plans.
COVID-19 TRAVEL WAIVER
I acknowledge that I am requesting that Addy and Terry Travel, (as part of Prestige Travel Systems and Outside Agents) begin travel research and planning on my behalf.
As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which Addy and Terry Travel, (as part of Prestige Travel Systems and Outside Agents) has no control.
I also understand and acknowledge that travel involves the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to, injury, illness, disease, epidemics, and/or pandemics. I expressly understand and agree that I assume all such risks associated with travel whether or not specified herein.
I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event.
Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances.
By agreeing below, I hereby agree to hold Addy and Terry Travel, (as part of Prestige Travel Systems and Outside Agents) harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans. By signing below, I authorize Addy and Terry, agent #14883 of Prestige Travel Systems and agent of Cruises and Tours Unlimited, to charge the credit/debit card provided herein.
