Let's face it, we've all been there and some of us are still there - wearing multiple hats and taking care of everyone except ourselves. While many think self care is an indulgent or privilege, it is quite honestly a necessity. Think about it, how are you going to effectively wear all those hats if you don't take care of yourself?
 
So let's change the narrative! Put that PTO request in NOW and join us on our Gal Pal Getaway 2023 as we set sail from Miami on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas July 21st - 24th! You'll not only have fun kicking it with your girls, but you'll also be armed with a renewed spirit and sense of purpose when you get back home and put on all those hats you wear! And because you just can't pop into Miami on the day of a cruise, we're starting this Getaway off right by going down the day before on July 20th!

What's not included

  • Travel Insurance (This is an additional cost and HIGHLY recommended. Separate email will be sent along with a signature form to accept or decline Royal Caribbean's Cruise Care.)
  • Flights (Each Gal Pal is responsible for booking her own flight. When taking cruises, it is strongly advised to arrive the day before the cruise departs, therefore we are starting this adventure on Thursday, July 20, 2023. The airport code for Miami is MIA. If flying into Ft. Lauderdale the airport code is FLL. Please be sure to book debarkation flights - the day the ship returns - no earlier than 2pm as this should allow ample time to make your flight in case there are any delays. )

    • Gal Pal Check In @ Host Hotel (Hilton Property - include your Hilton Honors number on the booking form if you are a member.)

  • Friday, July 21, 2023 : Depart from Miami, FL
    • Embarkation Day Group Photo
    • Sail Away Party
 
  • Saturday, July 22, 2023 : Perfect Day @ CocoCay, Bahamas (7am - 5pm)

Travel Protection

Once your deposit has been paid, you will receive an email with information on Royal Caribbean's Cruise Care along with a signature form to either accept or decline.

Payment Schedule

Deposit - $250 per person
Monthly Payments - After deposit has been paid, equal monthly payments will be due on the 14th of each month beginning January 14, 2023 and end on April 14, 2023. Schedule and exact payment amounts will be included on invoice.
Final Payment - April 14, 2023
Book Now Pay Now - Option allows cabin to be booked and deposit processed immediately. 
Book Now Pay Later - Option allows cabin to be booked and deposit processed later on the date you specify. Specified date must be on or before December 14, 2022. Your cabin will be released if deposit is not received by December 14, 2022.
 
Steps on How To Book
  • Click Book Now based on the desired cabin category
  • On the next screen, it will ask for the number of travelers. In the drop down box, choose:
    1. 1 traveler if you will be in a cabin by yourself
    2. 2 travelers if you will have a cabin mate and making all payments on behalf of both of you
  • On the far right, it will tell you the overall cost of your trip package, then click continue to traveler
  • On the next screen, enter traveler details
  • If you are booking for you and your roommate, enter all the details for your roommate 
  • Proceed to authorize payment

NOTE: If you and your cabin mate will make separate payments, please book as follows:

    1. Click Book Now based on the desired cabin category
    2. Choose 1 traveler in the drop-down box
    3. Enter traveler details and be sure to enter your cabin mate's name
    4. Proceed to authorize payment

KEEP IN MIND: 

    1. I can't hold a cabin until BOTH cabin mates have submitted their registration forms and credit card authorization for deposit
    2. The cabin is not considered paid in full until BOTH cabin mates have paid
    3. If your cabin mate cancels, you will be charged the single occupancy rate
NOTE: Once registration and credit card authorizations have been received, you and your cabin mate will be merged into one booking, your cruise package will be updated to the lower double occupancy rate and each of you will receive separate invoices while maintaining the option to make separate payments.

Cancellation policy

We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your vacation. While deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, please send us an email at info@heretotheretravel.com if plans change more than sixty days prior to departure and we will work together to find the best solution. Cancellations within sixty days are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
