Due Dates:
- January 5th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
- January 10th, 2026 1 night of room purchase must be paid.
- February 10th, 2026 Remaining balance due.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Sydney and Jake’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Sydney and Jake’s have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block. Please consider as well that individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
- Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
- Iberostar, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
- Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
- March 5th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
- Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

Please consider a Sanitation Tax of $33.94 Mexican Pesos per room per night is applicable to all rooms, and will be charged upon check-in
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before January 10th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
- Between January 10th, 2026 and February 10th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 1-night penalty per room.
- Between February 10th, 2026 and February 25th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 2-night penalty per room.
- Between February 25th, 2026 and March 10th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 3-night penalty per room.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after March 10th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Iberostar will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Iberostar and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
