Booking Confirmation / Airport Transfer Details
- Submitting this form does not automatically confirm your reservation
- Bohemia Wedding Travel will email a confirmation and payment invoice once payment is reviewed and processed (within 24 hours)
- Transfer information, including pick-up times, will be emailed to you within 10 days of check-in
- Guests arriving on the same flights and times will be grouped into corresponding vans based on their arrival/departure details. If you'd like to travel with specific guests, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate
- All guest names in your reservation must appear on the driver's list to ride in the transfer van
- Any corrections or changes must be requested by email at maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com no later than 40 days before your travel date. (An additional cost will apply for last-minute changes).
- Please send us your flight information as soon as you book your transfer. Kindly fill the form HERE.
What's included in this trip:
- Round-trip private airport transfers via Lomas Travel, exclusively for our wedding group — no outside guests will ever share your van
- Within the group, guests arriving or departing at the same time will typically be grouped into the same van together, without prior notice
- If you'd prefer a fully separate, private van just for you, let us know — this can be arranged separately for an additional cost
What's not included:
- Child Seats (Please let us know in advance and we will let you know the extra charge).
- Driver Gratuity.
- Beverages & Snacks (Can be added as an additional items to your invpice).
Due Dates and Payments:
- Full payment has to be made at the moment of the booking of the service.
- Transportation must be booked, and all flight info received latest by October 30, 2026.
Transfer Cancellation & Full Reimbursement policy:

Full reimbursement applies if:
- The cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled transfer
- The service provider cancels the scheduled transfer
- The customer presents a medical certificate due to illness
- Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the scheduled transfer: full reservation charge applies (no refund)
- No-shows (customer does not appear for the service): full reservation charge applies (no refund)
