If you select one person it will show single occupancy rates. If you will like to split your invoice after the initial deposit from your roommate(s) then you can request.

Cancellation policy:
Without travel insurance canceling could result in the loss of my travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. I also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred. Also, this group is contracted and can not fall under 10 total rooms. A $50 admin fee will be charged to any booking cancellation regardless of an insurance policy.
