2nd Deposit: June 1, 2025 $400 Per Person Each guest must have $500 deposit paid towards their experience by June 1, 2025.
Final Balance Due: November 1, 2025 Remaining Balance  
Deposits are non-refundable.
All our payments incur a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee.  If you wish to avoid this fee, you may submit your payments using our agency's Zelle account priscilla@prissitravels.com.

Travel Protection:

I strongly urge you to consider purchasing travel protection.  You are able to use any reputable travel protection provider, I have listed the link below for my preferred supplier - Travel Safe. Please read over the policy to ensure it provides the proper level of coverage for your needs. Feel free to contact Travel Safe with specific questions regarding travel protection and coverage at 1-866-509-7713. I recommend obtaining a Classic Plan with  Cancel for any Reason Coverage to obtain the maximum level of protection.  For maximum coverage, travel protection must be purchased within 21  days from the date you placed your deposit or purchase your package.

Cancellation on  or before May 31, 2025 All funds refunded minus the initial deposit of $100
Cancellation between June 1, 2025 - October 31 , 2025 All funds refunded minus the initial & 2nd deposits $500
Cancellation on or after November 1, 2025 100% Nonrefundable & Nontransferable

All cancellations and changes must be requested in writing to info@prissitravels.com.

Travel Protection is not mandatory but is highly recommended. With travel protection, should you need to cancel, you can file a claim against your travel insurance policy. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be reimbursed between 70-100% of your payments toward your trip.
