  • Double Occupancy (Shared Room): $3,736 per person
    • Includes: $350 deposit + 12 monthly payments of $282.17
  • Single Occupancy (Private Room): $4,926 per person
    • Includes: $350 deposit + 12 monthly payments of $381.34

  • Deposit Due: $350 per person by August 10, 2025
  • One-Time Full Payment Option:
    • Double Occupancy: $3,736 per person
    • Single Occupancy: $4,926 per person
  • Monthly Installment Plan:
    • 12 automatic monthly payments due on the 1st of each month, beginning August 15, 2025, through July 15, 2026
      • Double Occupancy: $282.17
      • Single Occupancy: $381.34
    • Please Note: Enrollment in the installment plan requires auto-pay. Monthly payments will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

Airfare is not included in the land package. A recommended flight itinerary will be shared after your deposit is received.

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

  • All payments—including deposits, installments, and full balances—are nonrefundable.
  • Failure to submit payments by the specified due dates will result in a $25 late fee for each missed deadline. Continued non-payment may also lead to the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in case of trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
  • Travel insurance is not included in your package. You may consider reputable providers such as AIG, Allianz, or American Express. Please read policy details carefully before purchasing.
  • Package pricing is subject to change until your deposit is received. Once your deposit is submitted, your rate is secured.
  • All trips are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another traveler.

📋 Travel Requirements

Visa for Ghana:

  • A valid visa is required for all U.S. citizens. Apply online at: Embassy of Ghana Visa Portal
  • Visa Fees:
    • Regular Service: $60 (processing time 15–20 business days)
    • Expedited Service: $100 (processing time 7–8 business days)
    • Recommended visa application deadline: July 3, 2026
    • Expedited service is recommended for applications submitted after July 5, 2026
  • Documents to submit by mail:
    • Your valid passport
    • Printed visa application documents (Instructions will be provided closer to application time)
    • Payment receipt
  • USPS or FedEx is recommended for secure shipping
  • A return shipping fee of $29.75 is required for tracked return delivery
  • Visa assistance will be available upon request

Yellow Fever Vaccination (Required):

  • Proof of Yellow Fever vaccine is mandatory for visa approval and entry into Ghana
  • Cost in Georgia ranges between $176 – $250
  • Additional recommended medications and vaccines: Malaria prevention, diarrhea treatment, and up-to-date immunizations
  • If your physician does not offer travel vaccines, services are available at Passport Health, local health departments, or participating Walgreens
  • Book appointments early to avoid delays due to high demand

📝 Travel Registration & Reservations

  • Once your travel registration form is submitted, you will receive an invoice with deposit instructions and the option to choose between a one-time full payment or 12 automatic installments.
  • Each traveler in your party must complete a separate registration form to ensure everyone receives important travel information.
  • Final payment deadline: July 15, 2026 — no exceptions
  • It is your group's responsibility to ensure full payment is made. If any portion of the total balance remains unpaid, the reservation may be cancelled without refund, regardless of individual payments made.

👥 Important Note for Shared Rooms

  • If you are booking with a roommate and one traveler cancels, the reservation will automatically convert to a single occupancy booking.
  • The remaining traveler will be responsible for the entire cost of the room.
  • No refunds will be issued by hotels or tour vendors for unpaid room balances. Any reimbursement must be arranged directly between roommates.
