Payment Plan Fee - The deposit includes a one time payment plan fee of $34.99. This fee goes to the agency and the remaining deposit is applied to your booking. Those not utilizing payment plan will be excluded from this fee.
Deposits are as following:
All room deposits are per person to reserve rooms. Rooms will not be fully secured until completion of 2 monthly payments.
- Couples/Groups paying together select the appropriate number of travelers and proceed to complete.
- Roommates paying separate and wish to have their own receipt need to select two (1 traveler bookings) and the room reservations will be separated and prices adjusted.

All payments must be received on SCHEDULED PAYMENT DUE DATE. Late payment for any reason will be accessed a $40 late fee. A late payment fee of $15 per day, up to 5 days, will be assessed to bill. After 5th day of nonpayment, client trip will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS
