By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions as they relate to your reservation for the TAE Super Bowl Cruise:
Payment AuthorizationI authorize TAE Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the amount noted. This payment is for the services and travel arrangements as described on the invoice. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card or bank account and will not dispute the payment with my financial institution so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms of this agreement.
Nonrefundable and Nontransferable DepositsAll deposits made to TAE Travel are nonrefundable and nontransferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations for personal reasons, medical emergencies, travel delays, or schedule changes.
No Changes Without PenaltyOnce your reservation is submitted, no changes are allowed to the guest name(s), travel dates, cabin category, or other components. If a change is requested and permitted, a $50.00 per change administrative fee will apply, payable to TAE Travel. Approval of any change is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and the cruise line’s policies.
Cruise Line PoliciesAll guests are also subject to the cancellation and change policies of the cruise line. These may include additional fees, penalties, or loss of funds depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation or change. It is the responsibility of the guest to review and comply with the cruise line’s terms and conditions.
Dispute Prevention & ChargebacksBy making this payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card issuer or bank for any reason related to this transaction, including dissatisfaction with services, schedule changes, or cancellation. Any attempt to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund and/or legal action.
Final Payment and DocumentationFinal payment must be received by the deadline noted on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of prior payments. Travel documents will only be issued once the full balance is paid in full.
Travel Insurance Strongly RecommendedTravel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, travel delays, or emergencies. Declining travel insurance is at your own risk, and TAE Travel will not be held responsible for any financial losses resulting from your decision not to purchase coverage.
Responsibility DisclaimerTAE Travel acts solely as an agent for the cruise line and is not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, weather disruptions, itinerary changes, or shipboard incidents.
