Booking Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions apply to this booking (the "Agreement"). The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to DRAG ME TO THE STAGE, LLC dba DRAG ME TO SEA and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. Once you submit your cruise booking with deposit payment, we will confirm your booking with Norwegian Cruise Line within our group block. After confirmation is received from Norwegian, our accredited travel partners at Cruise Planners will provide you your quote for travel insurance through Allianz. We will also send reminders and process final payments for your cruise booking for the FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE 9/1/2025. We, along with our travel partners at Cruise Planners, will also provide recommendations, information, and assistance where possible with auxiliary travel components including travel insurance policy purchases, flight recommendations, pre or post cruise hotel stay information, transportation information, and more details on booking shore excursions for your ports of call. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to DRAG ME TO THE STAGE, LLC dba DRAG ME TO SEA including today's deposit are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy

I understand that all payments made toward this booking are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your cruise before the final payment deadline September 1, 2025, no further penalty will be imposed outside of any payments that have already been paid. Your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited to pay booking and administrative services provided by Drag Me To Sea, Cruise Planners, and Norwegian Cruise Line. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance through our exclusive insurance provider Allianz to protect your investment. Please note your cruise deposit will be refunded in the event Drag Me To Sea 2026 does not sail.
