• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions
• Your payments made to The Luxury Travel Plug d/b/a Bougie Black Girls are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because The Luxury Travel Plug d/b/a Bougie Black Girls has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
• If you select the monthly payment plan,you must make on timely payments or you will incur a late fee of $250 each month until your trip is back in active status.
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
• Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• A valid passport is required.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
• Roommate Matching is available!
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
• Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• Cancellation fee is $300 per person based on double occupancy and $400 per person based on single occupancy 90 days before final payment deadline.  $400 per person based  on double occupancy and $500 per person based on single occupancy 60 days before final payment deadline. $500 per person  based on double occupancy and $600 per person based on single occupancy 30 days before final payment. This fee must be paid via invoice, before official cancellation is processed.
• After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred. 
• You are responsible to keep The Luxury Travel Plug  d/b/a Bougie Black Girls informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
• Official Trip itinerary will be released 30-60 days prior to trip. 
• Passport are required and must be valid for at least six months after the travel date. Please make sure your passport does not expire on or before  March 3rd, 2027.
