Here's where we will start designing your desired vacation.
Please see all of our travel packages below along with the research fees and all of the details you'll need to include below.
How it Works
INQUIRY: Submit an Inquiry, by purchasing one of the packages below (Please be sure to select 1 traveler, in order to submit payment)
PROPOSAL: Choose one of the proposal options created for your package
PAYMENT: Lock in your trip rate by making the full payment or low deposit, if using a payment plan
BOOKED: You're all set! Let's get ready for your trip, with your travel advisor handling your travel needs.
All Quotes and Packages require a Non-Refundable Research fee
What the fee covers:
- Research and time needed to plan your custom trip
- Facilitating any changes or special requests with your accommodations
- Creating and facilitating payment plans, if needed
- Being accessible before and during your trip, if needed
- Processing of insurance covered cancellations
Once payment is received, You'll receive your quote within 24-72 hrs
PLEASE READ: The actual quote pricing in your proposal is subject to change at anytime until your deposit to reserve the booking has been paid.
Your second quote or revisions are offered within 7 business days of initial proposal delivery.
Any revisions or quotes after are subject to a new fee.
Feedback is required within 7 business days of the initial proposal or risk abandoning quote request and deletion from our records.
The Research fee is nonrefundable and non transferrable. No exceptions. Research fees can not be reimbursed using travel insurance. If you are not interested in paying a research fee please refer to our complementary hotel booking option.

Should you require information for additional destinations, a new quote will need to be purchased.
