• Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
• The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
• Passengers have one year from original date of travel to use the voucher toward another package to any Caribbean destination the vendor offers.
• VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
• Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
