Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your vacation in writing to Travel Agent for ANY reason up to 7 days prior to scheduled departure* and receive a full refund for your vacation, less the cost of the Travel Protection Plan and agent Booking Fee. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included. Refund will be in the form of a travel credit with Apple Vacations** or to original form of payment based on the type of Travel Protection Plan purchased. Cancellation penalties will apply as follows : 29-15 days prior to departure, $50 per person, 14-8 days prior to departure, $75 Per Person, 7-Days or less $100 per Person.
**Travel credit policies:
- Travel credits are valid for travel commencing within 395 days from original departure date
- Travel credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used for travel commencing by expiration date
- Travel credits will be issued in the names of the adult (18+) passengers on the original reservation
- Travel credits will only be available for use with Apple Vacations
For changes to bookings. a change fee of $25 Per Person, Per Change Will Apply.
