All deposit payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your booking up to 30 days (September 10, 2025)  prior to the travel date and receive a refund for the amount you have paid minus the deposit payment.  Once you have made your reservation and paid your deposit, that signifies your acceptance of the booking terms and conditions.

Reservations must be made with your name as it appears on your passport. Name corrections may result in a change fee by the tour operator or airline.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.  Please email vacation@evoztravel.com to receive a free brochure with coverage and rates.

Now through August 5th, 2025 a $50 name change fee applies. After that date, no name changes are available.  Only one name change per room. Changing names of all passengers in a room is considered a room cancellation & any payments made would be non-refundable.

Early cancels - Non-refundable Deposit  + $75 agency cancel fee when you before August 25th, 2025

Midway cancels - Non-refundable Deposit +  $150 agency cancel on or between August 26th through September 9th, 2025

Late cancels - Non-refundable Deposit + $250 agency cancel fee when you cancel on or after September 10th, 2025
