February 23, 2026 - Paracas Adventure and Sandboarding
Start your day early, as you will be transferred at approximately 4:00 AM to Paracas, a journey of around 3 hours and 30 minutes that offers stunning views of the Peruvian coastline.
Upon arrival, embark on a morning boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands from the Libertador Paracas Luxury Pier. This nearly two-hour tour takes you to the heart of the Paracas National Reserve, the largest natural sanctuary on the Peruvian coast. Marvel at the vibrant wildlife, including thousands of migratory birds and playful sea lion colonies. Along the way, you’ll also see the mysterious "El Candelabro," a striking design etched into the hillside.
Following this maritime adventure, head to the towering dunes, some exceeding 200 meters in height, for an exhilarating sandboarding experience. Safety instructions will be provided to ensure you can slide down the dunes confidently and enjoy an unforgettable adrenaline rush. February 25, 2026 - Journey to Cusco and Sacred Valley Exploration
Begin your day with a transfer from your hotel to Jorge Chávez International Airport for your flight to Cusco (flight not included). Upon arrival in Cusco, a representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. We recommend taking it easy on your first day in Cusco to acclimatize to the altitude.
Later in the day, depart for a visit to the Awanacancha Textile Community, where you’ll experience traditional weaving techniques and gain insight into the region’s rich textile heritage. Continue to the vibrant Pisac Market, known for its colorful crafts and local produce.
Enjoy lunch at Hacienda Huayoccari, a charming estate that houses a private collection of pre-Columbian, Inca, and colonial artifacts, including an exquisite array of traditional Qeros, or ceremonial drinking vessels.
After lunch, explore the Ollantaytambo Fortress, one of the last surviving Inca villages. This archaeological site served as both a strategic military stronghold and a resting place for royal delegations during long journeys. Wander through the preserved structures, including defensive walls and towers, that once protected the citadel from invasions.

February 26, 2026 - Machu Picchu Excursion
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before transferring to the train station at the appropriate time. Board the Vistadome train at Ollanta Station for a scenic journey to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, a representative will assist you in walking to the bus station, where you will take a shuttle up to the iconic Machu Picchu citadel.
Embark on a guided tour of this extraordinary archaeological wonder, first discovered in 1911 by explorer Hiram Bingham. Nestled atop a mountain saddle overlooking the Urubamba River and surrounded by lush tropical forest, Machu Picchu is a masterpiece of landscape architecture. Believed to have served as a place of worship, a site for star-gazing, and a private estate for Inca Pachacutec, the site is divided into two main areas. The agricultural sector includes terraced mountains and food storage facilities, while the urban area features a sacred zone with temples, squares, and royal tombs. To make the most of our time at Rainbow Mountain, we’ll begin our day before dawn. At around 5:00 AM, you will be picked up from your Cusco hotel for a scenic 2-hour and 40-minute drive through the South Valley. Our journey takes us to the base of the mountain, passing through the small communities of Chillihuani and Phulawasipata (4,625m/15,173ft). Along the way, you will see flocks of llamas and alpacas, shepherds in vibrant traditional clothing, and beautiful creeks leading to the higher altitudes, all while being surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks, including the majestic Ausangate mountain in the distance.
As we approach the top, the landscape transforms from lush green to deep red, revealing a stunning range of colorful mountains stretching across the horizon—our destination, Rainbow Mountain.
After an ascent of about 1 hour and 30 minutes, we will reach the magnificent Vinicunca (5,036m/16,522ft), better known as Rainbow Mountain. This natural wonder is an explosion of color, unlike anything you’ve seen in photos—no filters or edits needed! You will have time to explore and capture the beauty of the summit before we begin our descent. The return hike downhill will take about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Afterward, we will enjoy lunch in Cusipata before beginning our 2-hour and 40-minute drive back to Cusco. You will be dropped off at your hotel around 4:00 PM, tired but filled with incredible memories from this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
