  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

    • Visitax Approx: $15usd/person (Cancun airport visitor tax) Paid HERE before your trip.

Due Dates:

  • November 25th, 2026  $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
  • December 1st, 2026  The remaining balance is due.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Jazmin and Laurel’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Guests and the wedding couple will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

 

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, will have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  3. Paradisus, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes in some rooms, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
  4. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  5. January 1st, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  6. Paradisus Playa del Carmen LA PERLA is an “Adults Only Resort” and All guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. No exceptions.
  7. Each room must have one adult.
  8. When a room has one adult with any number of children the adult will pay the Single Occupancy rate.
  9. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
  • Between December 1st, 2026 and January 5th, 2027, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after January 5th, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
