Cultural Day Trip to Palenque
Visit to Palenque, a town established by run away slaves with big African roots where we learn about music, dance,culture, way of living, customs and beliefs. Learn to play the drums and learn how the hair styles of the local women played a very important role on their way to freedom.

 
El Totumo Mud Volcano or Mud Bath
Take a mud bath at a natural volcano just outside the city. This volcano has medicinal components that work on your body making you skin as soft as a baby's. This volcano is also called "The Fountain of Youth".



Optional for Mud Volcano:
Support the local community by taking their optional services and the suggested prices:
 
  • Massage in the Mud ($10.000 COP)
  • Ladies that wash you off (10.000 COP)
  • Tip for camera man ($10.000 COP)
 
Also, bring towels and water shoes/flip flops.
 
NOTE: IF you don’t want to use the optional services, please make sure you gently but firmly say : “NO, GRACIAS”.

Island hopping and Beach Party
Take part on this journey to the national/natural park called “The Rosario Islands” as well as a visit to the  party beach called “Cholón”, where boats meet and start the party. After that, we go for our included lunch at the Island of Baru to stop at Playa blanca beach where we stay until we depart back to the city.

If you are booking for double occupancy, you can book one of two ways:

• Select double occupancy and choose 1 person, which will generate your individual invoice

• Select double occupancy and choose 2 people, both totals will be on invoice

ROOMMATES: 
If needed, ABrown Planning Travel Services  will assist with helping to partner you with a roommate for this trip. Book double occupancy and indicate that you need a roommate. 
 
  • If another single occupancy is willing to room with you, that is an option but at both parties discretion.  
  • If your roommate cancels, you are responsible for the price difference from double to single occupancy or finding a new roommate.
  • If your roommate cancels, YOU are responsible for getting a new roommate or the price difference to change the room from double to single occupancy.

**In the event you have selected a double occupancy and there is no roommate available or your assigned roommate cancels, you will be subject to any additional cost to switch to single occupancy. Prices vary based on room category selected.**
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: There will be private events for this group. Any bookings or reservations made outside of this group will not be able to attend those events. 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:  There is  a convenience fee  charged to cover processing fees. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: There is a monthly payment schedule until final payment.

DEPOSIT: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.

 
CANCELLATION: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to contactus@abrownplanning.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-855-0958 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.
 
FEES: Any room or occupancy changes like double to single should be communicated to ABrown Planning Travel Services prior to January 31, 2024 anytime after a fee will be assessed.

IDENTIFICATION: Traveler is required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

REFUNDS: All payments to ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip. 

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

International Travel:All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information regarding this requirement, please consult your travel agent or visit the State Department's Consular website at www.dhs.gov.

All travelers between the United States and the Caribbean  will be required to have a valid passport for travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages.
