Cruise Information:

 

Cruise fares are per person which includes children and infants. Children less than 2 years of age are not required to extend gratuities.   Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail. 

 

Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation, throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest.   If the proper documents are not presented, the guest will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued.

In order to sail, guest must be in possession of ONE of the following forms of travel documentation; otherwise, guest will be denied boarding without compensation.

  • US Passport, valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of travel

Guest must be in possession of one of the following if they do not have a valid US Passport:

  • US Passport Card
  • State Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL)
  • Original Certificate of U.S. Naturalization and an unexpired government-issued photo ID if a photo is not affixed to this WHTI document.

Guest must be in possession of the following if they do not have a valid US Passport or a WHTI Compliant Document:

  • Birth Certificate: government-issued, original or copy
  • Photo ID:  unexpired, government-issued for guests ages 16 and older **

** A Mobile/Digital version of a photo ID is not an acceptable form of identification.

Parking Information

Rates are subject to change.

  • On cruise days only, garages and surface lot E are open and manned by a parking attendant from 6:00am to 5:00pm.
  • All facilities are patrolled by security
  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash (USD), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or any major U.S Traveler’s Check. Debit Cards are not accepted.
  • No advance reservations required
  • Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage
  • Spaces are available for oversized vehicles in Surface Lot E only, across from Cruise Terminal E. Surface Lot E is an open lot with no overhead clearance, with designated spaces for oversized vehicles. Vehicles that take up more than one space, will pay $22 per space, per day.

 

Carnival Cruise Line prohibits weapons, illegal drugs and certain items that could interfere with the safe operation of its ships or compromise the safety and secure environment of its guests and crew.  Carnival conducts security scanning of all luggage and reserves the right to confiscate any item, which in Carnival’s sole discretion, is deemed dangerous or can pose a risk to the vessel or its guests. Items will be removed and disposed of and no compensation will be provided.   

We suggest all luggage be unlocked before turning it over to the porters in order to avoid any inconvenience or delay in delivering the luggage to your stateroom. Guests are prohibited from bringing water, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages on board that are packaged in glass or plastic bottles.

A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, energy drinks, juice, and milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought on board on embarkation day and must be in the guest's carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12-ounces/354-ml each or less per person.

Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on board with the following exception - At the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day only, guests (21 years of age and older) may bring one 750-ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne per person in their carry-on luggage.* All liquor, beer, other forms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages outside of this exception are strictly prohibited in both carry-on and checked luggage and such items will be confiscated and discarded and no compensation will be provided.
* Port, Vermouth, Sherry and other fortified wines, over 15% alcohol by volume (ABV), cannot be brought on board.

 

 

Cancellation policy:

  • For 50%, 75% and 100% penalties, we penalize the Total Fare. Total Fare is defined as Cruise Fare, Air Supplement, Transfer Services and Pre/Post Cruise Vacation Packages.
    • For full 100% penalties, the refund will only include: Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses and Optional Prepaid Gratuities.
    • If the booking is made with a reduced deposit and the booking cancels in penalty period, the penalty amount defaults to the standard deposit.
    • If the 50% or 75% penalty is less than the standard deposit amount, the penalty amount defaults to the standard deposit.
    • If the 3/4/5th guest cruise fare is less than the penalty amount, we will keep the cruise fare plus the non-commissionable fare up to, but not exceeding the net penalty amount.

In life, you never really know what may happen… but you can rely on the Vacation Protection trip cancellation. If you need to cancel for some of the most common reasons (severe weather, illness, etc.) you'll get 100% of the cost of your trip back, in cash. If you need to cancel for any reason not listed in the plan — any reason at all — you'll get 75% back in a Future Cruise Credit Certificate.
 
Carnival Vacation Protection is not available to residents of British Columbia, Quebec, New York or Puerto Rico.
