Get ready for an unforgettable Christmas getaway with Afro Adventure Junkies! We’re excited to invite you to our first-ever Junkie Merry Christmas celebration in sunny Orlando, Florida. Please take a moment to read the important details and instructions below before booking.

Booking Instructions:

• Room Occupancy Rules: When booking, please list one adult's name and include all other family members under "children," even if they are adults. This will help avoid being charged for multiple rooms.
• Deposit and Due Dates: The final due date for the plan is November 1st, 2025. I highly recommend making payments when you can, even if it’s just a small amount, so you can secure funds for flights before Christmas.
• T-Shirt Sizing: For t-shirt sizes, please predict what size your small children or teens will wear in November/December. If you have toddlers, consider sizing up to ensure a good fit.

Room Sharing:

• There are no restrictions on who can book with you. Family members can share a room or a villa, but keep in mind that there will be one bill that won’t be split. It’s a great idea to share your invoice if you have cousins, sisters, or other family that live in different places outside of Phoenix that are splitting room costs with you. This allows them to make payments towards the invoice as well.

Theme Parks:

• Look out for future communication regarding group rates for Universal Studios or Disney tickets. We plan to choose one that offers the best rate, but participation in these parks is not mandatory. We want to provide fun options for everyone this Christmas!

• A quote will be emailed to you after booking. It is your responsibility to purchase it or opt in within 14 days or it will not be eligible to you any longer.
