Flight Details:
In order for transfers to be provided, the Flight Details are required to be provided to Global Gifts Travel, 30 days prior to arrival date. If Flight Details are not received, the transfer will be canceled and no refund will be provided. Global Gifts Travel cannot be responsible for any inaccurate or missing flight information which may affect your arrival and/or departure pick-up time in destination. Any changes to flight itinerary received within 24 hours of departure will result in an additional transfer fee of $50 (this does not include airline-imposed changes which are tracked by the transfer company).
Note: Provide only the flight segments into and out of the destination. Connecting flights are not necessary, as they do not impact transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
This trip will incur cancellation penalties according to the schedule below:

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Cancellation for any other reason will require a claim to be filed through your travel protection. If the tour operator cancels, refunds will be returned in the form of agency check or travel credit and is at the tour operator’s discretion. Travel Document Requirements:
All participants must have a valid United States passport with an expiration date six months pass the date of return.
Hazardous Material Disclosure:
Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to http://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety.
Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Travel insurance is NOT included in the trip rate, which makes it an additional cost.

Rates are not guaranteed until your registration payment is received. The registration/deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.
It is important for you to adhere to the monthly payment schedule in order to keep your reservation secure. Not paying on time can result in cancellation or possibly losing items within your chosen package. This applies to EACH guest on the reservation.
It is solely up to each guest to keep up with the payment due dates and pay them on time.
It is highly recommended that you choose the auto-pay option so as to not miss a payment.
It is highly recommended and travelers have the sole responsibility to check the travel advisory for the destination.
You MUST notify Global Gifts Travel of any missed or late payments to avoid automatic cancellation. We ask that you do this in writing, and at your earliest convenience. If no contact has been made within 15 days we will have no choice but to assume you have cancelled your reservation.
The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate.
Room assignments are at the Hotel discretion and can change at any time. Global Gifts Travel can not guarantee room locations but will negotiate room upgrades and/or amenities due to any hotel implemented changes.
Global Gifts Travel will not be responsible for flight changes, delays, or cancellations. These are things beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the vendors, itinerary and/or entertainment line-up. Changes are guaranteed to be of equal or better value and experience, at no additional cost to you.
Global Gifts Travel shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. Global Gifts Travel shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, pandemics, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason that is beyond our control.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost ($189 per person).
All cancellations on VPP+ must be received up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents.
Changes:
No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories.
