We appreciate your understanding as we balance flexibility for you with commitments to our wonderful partners who make your trips special. Here's how we navigate changes together:

Cancellation Deadlines, Credit Policy, & Fees:

Changes to plans? No worries, we've got options for you, along with a straightforward breakdown of how credits and fees work:

• More than 60 days before departure: You're eligible for 100% credit of your payment towards another adventure within the next 12 months. A $250 All Inclusive Vacation Getaways cancellation fee will be applied.
• 30 - 59 days before departure: Enjoy a 75% credit of the total trip cost for your next journey within the year, minus the $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: We offer a 50% travel credit, valid for 12 months, after deducting the $250 cancellation fee.

Heads-Up on Extra Fees:

On top of our own cancellation fee, keep in mind that vendor cancellation fees may also apply. This means that hotels, airlines, and other partners may have their own cancellation charges, which can vary. We'll do our best to minimize these where possible and will keep you fully informed at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Items:

Just a reminder - some aspects of our travel packages (like airfares, special event tickets, and some accommodations) may be non-refundable or not eligible for full credit. We'll flag these for you when you book, so there are no surprises.

Process for Cancellation:

If plans are changing, here's how to navigate the process:

Email us at cancellations@allinclusivevacationgetaways.com with your booking reference and the name on your booking.
Within 48 hours, we'll touch base to confirm all the details, discuss your travel credit, and explain any applicable vendor and cancelation fees.
After confirming all details, we'll process your cancellation and issue your credit, minus the cancellation and any vendor fees, for future travel within the next 12 months.

A Note on Travel Insurance:

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND considering travel insurance for that extra layer of protection. It can cover unexpected situations that might require cancelling your trip, offering you peace of mind.
