Terms & Conditions

We are ChicChatter Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ChicChatter Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Travel Insurance Disclaimer: While optional, it is highly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance. However, if you (client) choose to decline to purchase travel and/or rental car vehicle insurance, you understand and agree that ChicChatter Travel, nor Evolution/Archer Travel will be held liable/responsible for any expenses incurred in the case of any financial loss due to including, but not limited to, inability to travel, inclement weather, lost items/luggage, personal injury, or trip cancellation as a result of client not accepting the insurance offered. Also, Travel Insurance is generally offered in two types, Refundable (more costly) and Non-Refundable (less costly).

Group Travel: Once group travel has been booked and someone in the group cancels, it will generally cause the per person cost for all other travelers to increase. It is a good idea to discuss with your group, prior to booking, who will incur the cost if one of your group members cancel (i.e., the person who cancels pays the difference or the group absorbs the cost).

In most cases, deposits are non-refundable in accordance with the vendor's terms and conditions. Please make sure that you read and understand all of the information provided.

**PRICES/QUOTES are good ONLY for new bookings made/given on the same date/time and are listed for the total party unless otherwise indicated. DEPOSITS are required to secure bookings. Prices including air, are not retroactive and are subject to change with or without notice. Seats are limited and may not be available for all flights or dates of departure. Prices do not include additional airline baggage charges. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information. Select hotels may impose a resort fee, which is not included in the above prices, and is payable directly to the hotel. Various cancellation penalties and payment requirements may apply.

Deposits and Booking Fees: ChicChatter Travel will impose a non-refundable booking fee/deposit of up to $150 per booking for handling reservation fees in the case of voluntary cancellations.

*At ChicChatter Travel, booking fees apply as a one time charge and covers the time and effort invested in planning each trip, including research, coordination, and unforeseen changes. It also ensures personalized service and offsets costs associated with voluntary cancellations, providing a seamless and stress-free travel experience for our clients.

Payment Methods: Travel payments including deposits (if required), in most cases require a major credit card and completion of the Credit Card Authorization form. ChicChatter Travel will provide the Credit Card Authorization form.

*You may also use Uplift, Affirm, AfterPay, CashApp, Virtual Credit Cards, Venmo, or Zelle provided payments are made well in advance of the payment due date(s).

Final Payment Due Dates & Policies: ChicChatter Travel's Final Payment Due Dates are 10 Days Prior to any Suppliers Published/Posted Due Dates. This is to Protect Your Vacation from Cancellation / Late Payment Penalties due to unforeseen circumstances and to allow time for processing.

*Due to varies payment methods, volumes of client processes and processing times when reporting payments with travel suppliers, ChicChatter Travel requires that your payment is made well in advance to prevent any and all penalties and cancellations.

*ChicChatter Travel uses Email, Phone Calls, Text Messaging and other forms communication to correspond with client's effectively and to insure all information pertaining to travel bookings are relayed in a very timely manner. Please be sure to read and correspond as requested to all messages.

**Not reading and corresponding as requested can result in the cancelation of your booking / reservations.

*ChicChatter Travel uses many travel resources, airlines, travel vendors, tour companies and third party travel contractors for your convenience, but is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by these companies.

*ChicChatter Travel uses many resources for travel booking profiles/images.
All are based upon information provided by various travel resources and vendors. Such as, hotel and cruise ship partners and their representatives, including images and descriptions of individual properties. Star-ratings may differ from country to country. ChicChatter Travel does it's best to obtain current information, however is not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or images provided by third parties.

Passports: A valid passport is needed when traveling abroad and for cruises NOT LEAVING the United States. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. Some countries require 1-2 full blank pages in your passport for stamping purposes. As your Travel Advisor, I recommend a passport for all travel. Welcome to ChicChatter Travel! We are excited to assist you with your travel plans. The following Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") outline what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in return. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ChicChatter Travel, and the terms "you" or "client" refer to the individual signing this agreement.

1. Travel Insurance Disclaimer

Travel insurance is highly recommended but optional. If you choose to decline travel insurance and/or rental vehicle coverage, you acknowledge and accept that ChicChatter Travel, including any affiliated entities such as Evolution Travel or Archer Travel, will not be held liable for any losses incurred, including but not limited to:

Trip cancellation or interruption
Weather-related delays
Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
Personal illness, injury, or emergency
Missed connections or transportation issues

Travel insurance is typically available in two formats:

Refundable (higher cost)
Non-refundable (lower cost)

It is your responsibility to review all insurance terms and select the option that best fits your needs.

2. Group Travel Policy

Please note that in group travel, any cancellations may increase the per-person cost for the remaining travelers. We encourage group members to discuss in advance how any cost differences will be handled if someone cancels—whether the group absorbs the cost or the cancelling traveler is responsible.

3. Pricing, Quotes & Deposits

All quotes are valid only at the time they are given and are applicable to new bookings only.
Deposits are required to confirm reservations and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and may vary based on availability.
Airfare prices are not retroactive, and availability is limited.
Additional costs such as baggage fees, resort fees, and incidental charges are not included unless specified.

4. Booking Fees & Voluntary Cancellations

A non-refundable booking fee of up to $150 per reservation may apply and is used to cover:

Time and research invested
Personalized planning services
Administrative costs associated with cancellations

This fee supports the high level of service and flexibility you receive with ChicChatter Travel.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Most reservations require a major credit card and a completed Credit Card Authorization Form.
Alternative payment options may include:

Uplift, Affirm, AfterPay
CashApp, Venmo, Zelle
Virtual credit cards

All payments must be submitted well in advance of final due dates to allow for processing time and to avoid penalties.

6. Final Payment Due Dates

ChicChatter Travel requires final payment at least 10 days prior to the supplier’s published due date.
This policy helps protect your trip from cancellation due to delays, processing errors, or last-minute issues.

Please note:

We are not responsible for penalties resulting from late payments.
Timely communication is crucial. You are expected to respond to emails, texts, or calls in a timely manner to prevent delays or cancellations.

7. Communication Policy

We use various forms of communication (email, text, phone calls) to keep you informed. It is your responsibility to read and respond to messages regarding your travel.

Failure to do so may result in cancellation or missed deadlines for your travel arrangements.

8. Third-Party Vendors & Travel Resources

ChicChatter Travel works with a wide range of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and third-party suppliers. While we do our best to vet and collaborate with reputable vendors, we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of these third-party providers.

Images, property descriptions, and star ratings are provided by our suppliers and may vary by country or vendor. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or changes to these details.

9. Passport & Travel Documentation

A valid passport is required for all international travel and cruises that do not begin and end in the U.S.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Some countries may require 1-2 blank pages in your passport for entry stamps.

It is highly recommended that all travelers, even those on domestic cruises, obtain and carry a valid passport.
