PAYMENTS:

• Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Adrenaline-HQ Travel's Terms & Conditions
• All deposits and payments submitted to Adrenaline-HQ Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We have contractual agreements with multiple vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. 
• A monthly payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  
• To have your monthly payments drafted on a different date, you must contact us in advance.  Any request submitted within 5 days of your payment due date will not be accepted.  The final payment due date cannot be changed.  

LATE PAYMENTS:

•  A late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if the monthly payment is not received within 5 days of the scheduled due date. 
• If you should go more than 2 months without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice.  A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
• Choose your roommate wisely!  You must ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  
• If your roommate(s) cancels their reservation, then your room will be converted to the most appropriate room occupancy, and you will be responsible for the price of the room.

• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.  
• Name changes are allowed with approval and a $75 name change fee.  
• Name changes will not be allowed 120 days prior to departure.  

TRAVEL NOTES:

• Traveling to Bali requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport should not expire before Passport should not expire before: January 20, 2026
• You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions.  Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so.  
• Final itinerary and documents will be provided 7-14 days prior to the travel experience.
• Please exercise discretion with regards to your physical limitations and abilities.
• Rooms will have either one king bed or two single beds.
• Before booking this trip, each traveler must verify their eligibility to travel abroad under special circumstances.  Adrenaline-HQ Travel will not provide a refund if a traveler is denied entry due to travel restrictions.  We strongly urge you to review the guidelines provided under the US Department of State and Passport Requirements for Felons websites as a reference.

The most convenient airport to fly into is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Bali.  When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to arrive in Bali July 15, 2025. This means you must FLY OUT of the United States on July 14, 2025. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

All deposits and payments submitted to Adrenaline-HQ Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Adrenaline-HQ Travel has negotiated agreements with several vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds.  You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your reservation, please do so by emailing tanya@adrenalinehqtravel.com.  Refunds are not offered for canceled trips.  Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. This package is not a la carte.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Covid19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  Don't let unforeseen events derail your vacation. Get the coverage you need and enjoy your trip worry-free.  

PAYMENT MEHODS:

Adrenaline-HQ Travel does not accept bank account info as a form of payment.  A credit card is required for all deposits and monthly payments.
