Payment Details & Deadlines:

Deposit: $200 per person (NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE)
Final payment due on or before June 15, 2020.


Failure to pay the balance of the reservation by the designated due date will result in automatic cancellation of all passengers in the same itinerary.


Cancellation Policy:

Wishful Escapes, LLC will waive all cancellation fees for The Retreat as all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.


Travel Protection(Insurance):

Travel protection is highly recommended to help protect your vacation investment.  Travel protection is not mandatory. 

Travel protection is NOT included in the rate and is an additional cost. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a separate email regarding travel insurance. The estimated cost of the travel insurance is $89 per person. If you wish to receive the cancel for any reason waiver, you must purchase within 14 days of deposit.

Each guests must complete their own registration form. A reservation is not complete until all parties have submitted their forms.




Reservations not made with Wishful Escapes will not be able to participate in any "Retreat" activities.
