All reservations must be paid in full by July 15, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
You can add additional travelers to your reservation until May 1, 2026 – (NO EXCEPTIONS).
When booking with another traveler for this group trip, please be aware that if one traveler cancels their reservation, the booking will be changed to the single occupancy rate, making the remaining traveler responsible for the full cost of the room and a single supplement will be added. No refund will be issued if the room's total cost is not met. Any potential refund must be resolved between roommates, as the hotel will not issue refunds for unpaid room balances.

Please be aware that no bookings will be accepted after May 1, 2026.
Transfers
If you do not book the group flight please ensure that all flight details are submitted by September 28th, 2026, we will not be able to arrange your complimentary roundtrip transfers between the hotel and airport if we do not receive this information timely. Missing this deadline means you will forfeit the complimentary transfer service and will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transfers at the destination.
Additionally, if you do not purchase the group air, it is imperative that your arrival time matches the group’s arrival time, as there is only ONE private transfer available. Arriving at a different time from the group flight will require booking a separate private transfer at an additional cost.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL, however highly recommended. Please note that travel insurance must be paid at the time of booking. You have the option to add travel insurance within 7 calendar days of your booking date, after which you won't be able to add it. We highly recommend including travel insurance from the start to protect your investment and give you peace of mind.
Travel Insurance is a PER PERSON rate.

Upon arrival at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, after clearing Customs and Immigration and collecting your baggage, please follow the signs to Exit Door 6. Our local representative will be there, holding a sign with your name. You’ll be greeted by your guide and transferred by private vehicle to your hotel.

Start your day with a scenic drive from Bangkok, passing lush rice paddies and picturesque salt fields. Embark on a traditional long-tail boat to explore the iconic Damnoen Saduak floating market, where vibrant canoes brim with fresh fruits, vegetables, sweets, and meats — a truly unique Thai shopping experience!
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before your afternoon tour of Bangkok’s top landmarks, including the breathtaking Grand Palace and the revered Emerald Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Kaew). Your day is at leisure until this evening’s foodie adventure! At 1800 hrs, hop on a private tuk tuk for an exciting night tour exploring Bangkok’s markets, temples, and street food.
Sample Northern Thai-Isan specialties, Michelin-starred Guay Tiew Gai, and some of the best Pad Thai in town. Experience Wat Pho’s golden chedis illuminated by night, wander through the lively Pak Klong Talad flower market, and end with drinks at a hidden riverside bar overlooking the dazzling Temple of Dawn.

🐘 03 NOV 2026 – PHUKET HALF-DAY ELEPHANT SANCTUARY (B/L)

Start your morning at 7:30 am with a private transfer to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. Spend a magical morning interacting with rescued elephants—feeding, mud-spa, bathing, and learning about their stories. After a traditional Thai lunch and a creative ‘DIY Poop Paper’ workshop, you’ll be returned to your hotel by midday.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Between 80 - 55 days prior to departure 75% of tour price
- 54 days or less prior to departure: 100% non-refundable
Qatar Airways Deposit Penalties (to confirm at time of receiving airline’s contract)
- 95 days or more prior to departure, No penalty, less a $350 airline admin fee
- 96 days or less prior to departure, 100% penalty of deposit
Fully paid & Ticketed Files: As per airline rules. Full details will be advised upon confirmation of the flights and the written contract is received from the airline.
