BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
 
    • The Booking page is structured in three Steps
      1. First, in the booking section, You must Choose your  Room Type and the number of ADULTS in your Room
      2. Second, in the ADD-ON section, you must  Accept or Decline the Travel Insurance. (Please note that the Qty for Travel Insurance MUST match the Total number of Persons Traveling with you/sharing the room with you.)
      3. Third, Be sure to reference the travel agent that you are working with and if someone else Referred you please reference their names in the Comment Section along with any discount codes that you may have received

    • THE FIRST PAYMENT IS YOUR NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN PAY MORE THAN THE REQUESTED DEPOSIT AMOUNT ON YOUR TRIP HOWEVER, YOU CAN NOT PAY LESS THAN THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT AMOUNT. 
      • THE MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE MAY FLUCTUATE BASED ON THE DIFFERENT FEATURES YOU ADD TO YOUR PACKAGE. ( INSURANCE, EXCURSIONS ECT.) 
      • PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO SECURING YOUR RESERVATION WITH A DEPOSIT
      • ONCE YOU CREATE YOUR PACKAGE THE SYSTEM WILL GENERATE A SUGGESTED PAYMENT PLAN WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
      • PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE FINAL INVOICE IT IS JUST AN OVERVIEW - ONCE THE TRAVEL AGENT REVIEW YOUR PACKAGE DETAILS YOU WILL BE SENT YOUR FINAL INVOICE AND PROPOSED PAYMENT PLAN.

    VERY IMPORTANT FUN FACT 
     
     

    Listen nobody wants to be the person that planned the bomb trip to Dubai through Singh Tours and did not have a passport. 😮!

    Dubai is an International location therefore PASSPORTS ARE MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE! USA CITIZENS DO NOT NEED TO REQUEST A VISA  IN ADVANCE ONE WILL BE GIVEN DURING THE CUSTOMS PROCESS. ALL OTHER PASSPORT HOLDERS PLEASE REVIEW THE REQUIREMENTS BASED ON YOUR NATIVE COUNTRY/COUNTRY THAT ISSUED YOUR PASSPORT BECAUSE YOU MAY NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF YOUR VISA AND PASSPORT. 

    Also, don't wait too late to apply for your passport or visa because turnaround times fluctuate depending on the time of year, location, etc.

    Lastly, if your current passport expires less than six months from your date of departure then you will need to request a renewal before you can travel. EXAMPLE: If your arrival date to Dubai is March 2, 2023, then your passport expiration date CANNOT be earlier than Sept 1, 2023. Cancellation policy:

Once payment is applied to a booking, cancellation/change penalties will apply. Cancellation policies vary from supplier to supplier. Cancellation requests MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING prior to your departure date, and you must receive a written reply from us confirming cancellation has been made. There are different types of Insurance policies that will either offer a travel credit that this to be used within one year to any destination that the supplier covers if eligible. The other Travel insurance package will issue a cash refund. Both Travel insurance packages are a third party and they are solely responsible for approving and/or denying a claim. Initial deposit and travel agent imposed fees are ALL NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERRABLE

 Changes to the current booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator/airline and may result in penalties or change fees.
